We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, which made our experience even more pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet—it offered a great variety of delicious food. A special mention as well for allowing us to offset our accommodation since we arrived earlier than expected. Highly recommended!

I recently spent 5 days and 4 nights at Hotel du Lys, and it was a highlight of my trip. From the moment I pulled up, the staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting me at the car and handling my luggage immediately. The location is unbeatable: • Proximity: Less than a 10-minute walk to the Da Lat Night Market. • Foodie Heaven: Just steps away from the famous sữa đậu nành (soy milk) shop and Lien Hoa Bakery. • Late Night Eats: There are even bánh tráng nướng stalls right in front of the hotel that stay open until midnight! If you want a blend of great service and easy access to Da Lat’s best street food and sights, I highly recommend staying here.

This my second stay, the location is very convenient. It's a 5minutes walk to night market and lots of places to eat.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially, the young man (I forgot his name). We asked him to recommend pho shop. He walked us there personally though quite a distance. When we came back during raining days, he always rush out to us with umbrella to shelter us.

The hotel isn't new; it's definitely seen some life, but overall, for the price, I wasn't expecting a five-star super experience. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything worked perfectly. Yes, there were some worn spots and stains here and there, but that didn't bother me. The breakfast was good; I actually expected worse, and there was a decent selection.

Friendly staff. Good location. Nice breakfast. Day tour taxi driver doesn't speak English. Reception helped book sleeping bus back to Saigon. Very close to the traditional market and night market.

The front desk staff were excellent! The room was also very clean and spacious.

The hotel is wonderful. The breakfasts are delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo of the bed linen. They withheld my 400,000 dong deposit due to marks on the bed linen, even though I only came to the hotel to sleep. I have no formal complaints against the hotel, but I recommend future guests document any violations for future dispute resolution. Отель прекрасный. Завтраки вкусные. Случился один нюанс,к сожалению не сделал фото постельного белья. Мне удержали депозит в размере 400.000 донгов из-за отметок на постельном белье,хотя я пришел в отель только для сна. Официальных притензий к отелю у меня нет,но для будущих постояльцев рекомендую фиксировать факт нарушений,для дальнейшего урегулирования спорных вопросов

The hotel is pleasant and conveniently located. We stayed in December, and it was quite chilly; guests should be aware that there's no air conditioning or heating. On sunny days, the room was warm and comfortable. The room itself was huge. The staff were pleasant, helpful, and answered all our questions.
