Hotel Folkloro Kakunodate

Semboku|7.7km from Tokoin
We will disseminate information about ”Hotel Volcroro Kakunodate” in Kakunodate-cho, Senboku City, Akita Prefecture. I stayed at ”Hotel Volcroro Kakunodate” from April 22nd to 24th, 2023. ”Hotel Folkloro Kakudate” is a series of hotels of ”JR East Hotels”, adjacent to JR ”Kakudate Station”, and is a short distance of 30 m on foot from the entrance and exit of the station. Breakfast is free and parking is free. There are only 9 parking lots, but if they are full, they will guide you to the nearby free parking lot. Also, all rooms are Wi-Fi compatible, and even if you forget your mobile phone charger, they will be lent to you at the front desk. The room is kept clean and gives a good impression. Since it is adjacent to JR ”Kakunodate Station”, I was worried that I would be worried about the sound of the train, but I could sleep well without worrying about the noise of the train at all. It is access to the essential Kakunodate ”Samurai residence”, but it takes about 14 minutes on foot to reach the nearest samurai residence ”Onoda family” in Higashishorakucho, and it takes about 1100 m. On the street leading to the samurai residence, I arrived in no time when I saw a birch shop, a souvenir shop, a Oyakodon shop, etc. You can reach the cherry blossom tunnel on the Kiuchi River embankment in 20 minutes on foot, and about 2000 m. The best location in front of the station is within walking distance to tourist attractions. Also, you can go to see the cherry blossoms and the illumination of the samurai residence at night and miss dinner. In the hotel, there was a restaurant, a tea house ”Sakura Komachi”, and there were plenty of menus such as Inaniwa Udon, Hinai Chicken Oyakodon, Okariba Yaki, and Kamiyo curry. However, the hotel does not have an elevator, so you have to carry your luggage to your room by hand. This trip was a large suitcase for foreign travel because I had a lot to wear considering the cold. I want a service that hotel employees will help me. I had a pretty heavy thought and took my suitcase to 2F. 01_ [One bite note] ⑴ Location ... 〒014-0368 Nakasuzawa, Kakudate CHO, Senboku City, Akita Prefecture 14−14 Telephone ... 0187-53-2070 ⑵ Check-in Out ① Check-in ... 15:00 ② Check-out ... 11:00 ⑶ Parking ... 9 (free) When full, guide to the nearby free parking lot ⑷ Facilities ... Tabist Hotel Fuji

Okuma will only be active during the fireworks festival. I stayed as a relay point to visit Kakukan, but the whole town was working hard. Among them, the cherry blossom shop next to the hotel and the hotel restaurant were working hard. The room composition was a bit luxurious for a business hotel. The bathroom is separate and the curtain is pulled to allow you to have a temporary change room. Especially breakfast seemed to taste the local taste. Coffee is also mini, but I enjoyed it.

The vacant room was the last, so I stayed in a smoking room, and I was hit by the smell of cigarettes that I couldn't judge calmly. The public bath and the Rix room were not special, but they were able to get tired. The room was not large but clean I can see the tracks and invite you to travel. Breakfast buffet is standard quality of business hotel Impressive that the staff lady gave me a rice.
Green Hotel Omagari

It is not far from the jr station. It is more convenient for men to stay in the hotel (public bathhouses are male-only and there are many smoking floors). The overall is good. The lobby provides a variety of toiletries and a microwave ice machine. The small cafeteria on the first floor is quite good, and the breakfast at 590 yen is very cost-effective.

It is much better than expected, after all, this price is really cheap. After watching the fireworks conference of Shengong Temple, I went to sleep for one night. It was still very close to Daqu Station. There was Rosen opposite, which was more convenient. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and there are free comic books to read.
River Side Hotel Omagari

I chose it because there was a parking lot and it didn't cost extra. There is Wi-Fi and LAN code, so you can smoothly perform simple PC work. I walked a little toward the station because the restaurant on the first floor was not available at night, but I think it will not be painful unless I get drunk at a good distance. Since it is not a card key, it is a method to leave it when going out, but it seemed that there was no curfew. It has an old atmosphere, but it is cleaned so you can be satisfied enough to secure a place to sleep.

It is a little far from Omagari station, but it was possible to use it without any problems because it was a rental car. Parking fee was free and I was grateful. There is a restaurant, and if you order a meal only for guests, you can have a drink service. The lineup of sake is made from Akita Prefecture. There are Western dishes in addition to Japanese food including local foods. I had a Western restaurant ginger grilled, but it was very delicious and very satisfying. For breakfast, you can choose Japanese or Western food, and you can serve it on a plate. I had egg-cake rice with raw eggs of Hinai chicken.
