A great hotel with clean, spacious rooms and full amenities: a modern interior design, two big-screen TVs, two ACs, a small refrigerator, free WiFi, cozy couches with coffee table, comfy beds with Italian premium brand, ellezza, natural latex mattresses, and clean linens, and a splendid breakfast. I was quite surprised by the size of the bathroom, which included a big bathtub, a shower booth, and a toilet. Tip: try to book the side rooms as the bathroom size varies according to the room :) Also, every room has a hand sanitizing gel, which contains 65% ethanol. I liked that the administration is very cautious during the pandemic since we were required to use plastic gloves for a buffet type breakfast.

There was a Starbucks in the lobby and the atmosphere was very clean, but the rooms felt old. I didn't feel like the cleaning was thorough. Especially the floor and bathroom. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower in the room was weak. Please note that toothbrushes are available for a fee. There are staff members who can speak Japanese, so you feel safe.

It’s a hotel that I have been visiting since 2006. The service is getting worse and worse to be honest. This time during the stay, I had to change room at 1:00 A.M. due to electronic panel issue… Can’t believe this kind of incident could happen in a five star hotel.

I had something to do near the hotel, so accessibility was good, and I was worried because I read reviews that there was a parking problem because of the ceremony, but there was no ceremony in August, so parking was easily solved. The friendly response of the staff was good when I had questions or needed help, and it was not a room with a new interior, but there was an old-fashioned feeling, such as the door to the shower booth not fitting properly, but overall it was clean. It was nice to have a safety ring on the inside of the door as it gave me a sense of psychological stability. It was a little disappointing that it was called a 4-star hotel because the bedding was covered with dust (?), and the noise from the next room was not blocked, so the soundproofing was disappointing.

The room was slightly smaller than the new building I stayed in two days ago, but after opening the two suitcases, the space was still sufficient, but there was less use for the desktop and wardrobe. The room is apricot toned, bright and comfortable, clean and quiet. The biggest problem is the shower. Although there are options for bathtubs and shower heads, because it is an open type, the bathroom toilet will be completely wet after taking a shower. Fortunately, the water removal equipment is very good. After taking a shower at night, the bathroom is completely dry in the morning.

Overall, it was clean and good value for money, but there was a hole in the wall and the paint was peeling off and powder was falling on the floor, so I changed the room, but there was a big stain on the wall, so I tried to change it, but I was tired and bothered, so I just didn't change. I slept well and the free breakfast was okay, but the simple breakfast served every Wednesday was cup ramen and white bread and tofu sushi, but there was no kimchi and leftovers. It would be better not to have breakfast on Wednesdays.

After checking in, I encountered a problem with the lift! I used my room card to tap the card to press the floor number, but it took five or six times to successfully press it. After that, I needed to tap it more times every time I took a ride. The front lights of the room were all broken, and the hair dryer was also broken. The biggest problem was that the wifi kept disconnecting. When I called the front desk, the staff did not solve the problem. They just asked me to use the wifi in other rooms. Unfortunately, the wifi in other rooms was also easily disconnected and could not be connected at all in the end. In fact, it's not a problem that the hotel is old, because the price reflects it. It's just that the price is average but the basic services should be maintained.

It's only 2 minutes away from the exit of the subway station. The transportation is very convenient. It's close to Suseong Pond. There is a snack street and many convenience stores behind the hotel.
