This hotel is truly very impressive. The staff provide excellent service, and guests are allowed to check in as early as noon. The rooms have a beautiful view and are very clean. The location is also excellent, situated on the Dragon Bridge side. The breakfast is very impressive, with a wide variety of options and a beautiful view from the restaurant on the 5th floor. On the top floor, the 25th floor, there is a swimming pool and a bar where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views.

The room was great, and the location was excellent, but the service details need improvement. For example: 1) We requested additional drinking water, but since housekeeping had already left, we were asked to go to the lobby to refill it ourselves; 2) We left a tip in the room and noted that we needed more bottles of drinking water, but only one bottle was replenished that day; 3) When we arrived at 4 PM to check in, one of our reserved rooms was still not ready, even though the booking platform indicated a 2 PM check-in time; 4) Some in-room notices were only in Vietnamese (front) and Korean (back), with no English provided, making them difficult to understand. This is also somewhat unfair to a hotel that serves tourists from all over the world. That said, the hotel’s location is highly commendable. It is situated in a lively area and is very close to the Pink Church and Han Market.
