My stay at the Sandy Beach Resort in Đà Nẵng was absolutely wonderful. The room was not only big but also spotlessly clean, and it offered the best view of the sunrise I’ve ever seen—waking up to that every morning was pure magic. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to start the day right. The location is great too: it only takes about 15 minutes to reach the core beach, where you can enjoy jetskiing, parasailing, and other fun water activities. Whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family, this resort is a fantastic choice. I will definitely revisit!

I was here to attend a friend’s wedding. Overall services, food, amenities are great. My ambassador, Alina was very prompt and helpful on giving information I needed about Danang / Hoi An. The yoga classes was fun and the instructor, Dev able to cater to different level of participants in the class. I did not order the breakfast buffet from the package throughout my stay, however after I tried the food, I been going every morning of my stays. It definitely worth to include the breakfast in your package and good to go after morning yoga class. I certainly will return and stay in Naman for the services, spa, yoga classes and good coffee.

Stayed at Sheraton Grand Da Nang Resort and overall had a great experience. Beautiful beachfront location, a massive pool, and a clean beach with a lifeguard—perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were outstanding and provided excellent service throughout. However, the resort is a bit far from the city, and the rooms feel small for a 5-star property with no proper seating apart from the bed. Breakfast had a huge spread but was disappointing for vegetarians. Also found it strange that in-room dining comes with a 100k VND delivery charge at a 5-star resort. . Great stay overall, with a few areas to improve.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and professional. I had an amazing experience at the spa. The whole villa atmosphere was relaxing and private, which made the visit even better. I felt refreshed and well taken care of throughout my time there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a peaceful experience.

This place is perfect for those who love relaxation. It's the best spot for families with kids. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The reception service is excellent; the staff really try their best. The only downside is the language barrier – you'll definitely need a translator. The food gets an 8 out of 10. Everything in the restaurant is lovely, and they have a great selection. Both the kids' and adult pools are excellent. There are 3 restaurants and a nightclub on site. We got an early check-in and a free transfer, plus a fantastic 60-minute massage and a tea ceremony. The Marble Mountains are just a 3-minute walk away (with cafes, souvenir shops, and a mini-market nearby). It's a 20-minute motorbike ride to Hoi An (we went and it was great!). And about 15-20 minutes by Grab bike to Da Nang city center (My Khe Beach). Every day, there's a free, comfortable, air-conditioned car departing from the hotel at 9:00 AM, with a return pick-up at 3:00 PM (you *must* book this in advance). If you're looking for peace, quiet, delicious food, and relaxation, this is the place for you.

The hotel was very clean, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent! We stayed in a villa with our family of five, and having a washing machine, detergent, and hangers made our long stay very comfortable. It's also within walking distance to the beach, and easy to get to Da Nang city and Hoi An. We'd definitely like to stay here again!

excellent service and a pleasant, relaxing environment, making it an enjoyable place to stay. However, one inconvenience we encountered was that only a single key was provided. This made it quite difficult for our group to split up and return at different times. It would greatly improve the overall experience if more than one key could be provided for guests, especially for larger groups. Overall, we still had a good stay and would recommend this villa with that improvement in mind.

The Five villa listens… they specially upgraded us to a beachfront view for our anniversary. The villa is suitable for our 3 generation family trip. Having room at ground floor works for grandparent. Our booking comes with full mini bar x 1 time and breakfast for 8 the whole of our stay and 2 ways transport to and fro airport. I must compliment their effort to change the breakfast menu every other day. They keep it simple with touch of Vietnamese taste. 24hours on WhatsApp service, buggy ride, house keeping everyday. Our manager Linh, (I hope I get spelling right) was cheerful and detail. And not forgetting butler who help u carry ur heavy luggages up to the level 2 & 3. Large jacuzzi bath tub is a win for the kids. Just to note that the balcony bathtub are dated and probably need to be maintained.

I enjoy culinary experiences, so I traveled into the city center every day. This hotel would be great for guests who plan to stay on-site. It was a bit quiet inside the hotel after the holiday period, which was nice. Communication in both English and Korean is excellent. However, many reviews rave about the breakfast, but from my perspective, having stayed at numerous IHG (InterContinental, Regent, etc.) and JW Marriott hotels, it falls short. It definitely needs improvement. The facility management was excellent. This place is perfect for those who want to enjoy a vacation without much moving around. Coincidentally, there's also a golf course across the street, and private villas are available.
