The rooms were spacious, clean and very nice. It was too much fun to play around with in one day. The children were very happy. We will go back again.

Amazing pool and waterpark slides. Onsen. Wonderful breakfast but have transport ready cause nothing is around.

Great experience! The room is spacious, with a nice bathtub outside, and the water activities are fun. Most importantly, the staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ms Yen! I hope to come back again soon!

Extremely clean and awesome service for the room that I stayed in :)

The hotel reception did not gave too much support and wrong information above the infinitive pool so we visit the pool without the permission to go in. The top infinitive pool is very good at the top floor to see around the city. The booking with kids and charged for additional fee. The room did not provide the Kids toothbrush and the flip flops and calling front desk also said no Kids stuff can be provide. The WiFi is not good. The swimming pool is big and nice, the kids can play for 6 hours inside and outside the the water park and enjoying a lot there.

1) I, my family member and a baby under 2 lived in double single bed with garden view. Please note the room with garden view is not so close to the main building. Thus residents need to call reception for buggy car every single way or walk.🏃 2) The first day, I called reception and mentioned the refrigerator is not cold. After 20 mins, no one came, so I went out for dinner. When I passed by the reception, I asked if they would help to fix the refrigerator. They said the technician already went. I was surprised and complained why they went inside without consent when we were all out of the room. Staff replied no worries -You could check the belongings and get back to them if any queries. Then, I had no further comment. 3) The second day I stayed, cellphone rang 3️⃣-4️⃣ times at 4:30AM. 🌘🤷 My family member and I took turn to pick up the phone but no one answered. 😢 I called the reception and asked if they could help. Ths staff replied please pull the line and the technician will check during work hours. Morning, the staff called and voluntarily offered us late check out till 2 PM. We didn't request the preferential treatment ❗ Given we waked up during midnight, we accepted the offer 🙏 4) We went out to eat lunch and came back at 1PM. Guess what? We were blocked from the room since access card didn't work❌ At the moment, no buggy car were available given I could not get inside the room to call reception. As the weather was hot, like 34 degrees🔥, baby started crying. I run 5 mins to the main building and complained to the staff at reception. The manager came and accompanied me back to the room. Later, she offered to send us to the airport. I said thank you but I prefer NOT to accept. 5) Water park is interesting, allowing customers to use kid playhouse and water slide. The view from rooftop swimming pool is beautiful. Nevertheless, from my perspective, the resort is not friendly for baby/kid.

Great location, nice resort, delicious breakfast! Staff are friendly. The room is clean. Also, everything is lovely 🥰 there's just no toilet brush to clean well😂

A self-sufficient resort where we didnt really stepped out of the resort for our 3D2N stay there. The resort is conveniently located around 20 mins ride from the international airport. We arranged for the airport transfer from the hotel and the ride was extremely comfortable. The vehicle was spacious and clean. Staff who picked us up from the airport was really friendly and nice too. Upon arrival, we were received by the Guest Relation Officer - Yen. Our check-in was smooth and Yen's explanation was detailed and clear. She personally showed us to our rooms (Family Room Panoramic Ocean View & Deluxe Twin Panoramic Ocean View). In addition, she provided us with her whatsapp number so that we could find her any time if we have questions during our stay there. Thank you Yen for the excellent service provided to my Family and I. We had our meals mainly at The Blue Restaurant (including breakfasts). The food was delicious with a wide spread of different cuisines (e.g. Japanese, Vietnamese, korean). Service was great at the Blue restaurant as well. We also had massage at An Spa. The place was clean and comfortable. We felt totally relaxed in the environment. The therapists were great too! Our favourite areas in the hotel were the infinity pool and the Pirate Ship Swimming Pool! It has more than 5 slides and was absolutely fun! Highly recommended for families with kids!

Really nice and amazing hotel with infinity pool. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The food was also great and I was impressed by the breakfast. Definately will come back here!

this is really great place. best part is infinity pool and free waterpark. Japanese themed 5 star hotel. we had great stay . friendly staff . great for families. staff went abov and beyond to organise vegetarian breakfast for us.
