Very enjoyable stay. The place wasn't what I would said clean clean cause there's dusts in the shelves and the closet. Definitely will recommend trying this place out. Other than that the vibes is really relaxing aside from loud music going on in front for the water show at night. It was nice however, we doesn't get to enjoy it since our toddler wasn't feeling well. Black out contains is a great bonus for restful naps. The staffs were very soft spoken and very helpful. Very friendly.

Great hotel for family with small kids. Really enjoyed and relaxed staying this hotel. Big bath in the room, nearby water park, roof top pool, ocean view, etc. A bit far from city center approx 20 mins. Restaurants inside the hotel need more improvements as taste was just okay level.

It is a resort so a little out of the way from Da Nang central area. However it is a perfect family getaway with restaurants and entertainment area right at your door. Services are amazing, all staffs have been nothing but friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious!

We booked a 7-night stay at this resort, but unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances—including sick children, visa issues, and a death in the family—we missed the first 5 nights. Throughout this time, we kept the hotel informed about our situation. Before our arrival and upon check-in, we requested either a refund or resort credit that we could use at the restaurants or to extend our stay. However, the hotel management completely refused to provide any support. They were unwilling to even grant us access to the water park (less than $10 per person per day). It feels like they are prepared to charge for everything, even for basic amenities. Prior to booking, the hotel called us to request payment through an alternative platform to avoid credit card transaction fees, showcasing their unwillingness to cover standard costs associated with reservations. While the staff were friendly, they clearly lacked the training to handle extenuating circumstances. When we asked to speak to a manager at check-in, we were redirected multiple times to different teams, yet no one who could assist us was available. It seemed that no one wanted to take ownership or support their customers, instead passing the blame onto other departments. Additionally, our bathroom had a clogged shower drain that emitted an unpleasant odor—definitely not what we expected from a resort of this caliber. Water was stand-still. Lastly, we got sick eating at the Blue Restaurant for lunch or the Sushi restaurant for dinner. Expect to pay a lot of money for mediocre food that’ll make you and your kids sick with diarrhea during your holiday - not fun. Save your money, and stay somewhere else in Da Nang. If you want to use the outdoor water slides, just walk into the hotel lobby, take the elevators on your left to 1F. Easy and free access.

Excellent facilities, amazing and friendly staff. The kids will have a ball in the waterpark and so will the adults. Excellent swim up infinity pool bar.

True to the renowned Japanese hospitality (omotenashi), they anticipated our needs, ensured a seamless transition with no disruption, and even surprised us with complimentary amenities in the new room. It turned what could have been an inconvenience into a highlight, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. What truly sets this resort apart for families like ours is the incredible array of activities and facilities. The free outdoor water park alone is a dream come true—our kids spent hours splashing around in the slides, lazy rivers, and wave pools, all while we relaxed nearby knowing it was safe and well-maintained. But that’s just the start! The indoor water park provided a fantastic all-weather option, complete with thrilling rides and heated pools that kept the fun going even on a rainy afternoon. We also lounged endlessly by the stunning infinity pool, which offers breathtaking views of the ocean, creating those picture-perfect moments at sunset. Dining was another standout: with five diverse restaurants on-site, we savored everything from authentic Japanese sushi and kaiseki meals to international fusion dishes and fresh seafood grills—each one delivering high-quality, flavorful experiences without ever needing to leave the property. And let’s not forget the private beach access, a pristine stretch of golden sand where we built sandcastles, took leisurely walks, and enjoyed complimentary beachside services like umbrellas and loungers. Overall, Mikazuki Japanese Resort and Spa isn’t just a hotel; it’s a complete destination that outshines any other in Da Nang. The combination of family-friendly thrills, luxurious comforts, and attentive service made our trip magical. We’re already planning our return visit in the near future—highly recommend it for anyone seeking a blend of adventure and relaxation!

Excellent hotel, we would highly recommend it to families with kids. Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean environment. We cannot finish all the spots inside the hotel! Will definitely come back again with my kids :)

The hotel was quite nice and perfect for a trip with kids. The indoor water park was huge, but the outdoor water slides seemed to appeal more to my kids. The service was great and the hotel staff was very helpful. The food was great, although it is a Japanese style hotel, I would have preferred more Vietnamese local cuisines to try. The only thing which I didn't really like were the pillows. The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking and it did impact my overall sleep quality during the trip. But the spa did allow me to unwind and relax a bit, so I was generally able to recharge during this trip and stay at the hotel.

We had a connected family room. Awesome decor , friendly staff and surprisingly decent breakfast buffet.

The service and facilities are absolutely excellent for the kids and family. Our kids have had a great time not only @ the water park, beach side with sand play but also the hotel room with bath tub allocated @ the Balcony including varieties of mouth-watering food serving during breakfast. The hotel receptions and the crews, especially Ms. Anna, had been very much accommodating and considerate in attending to our needs and inquiries pertain to the hotel services & activities available during our stay. Would highly recommend the Hotel for families that wish to visit Danang for holiday in future. Staying @ high level with sea view is a must to say.

The traditional tatami mat flooring, sliding doors, and the deep soaking tub created an authentic ryokan-style experience, while still providing all the modern comforts like fast Wi-Fi, plush bedding, and a smart control panel. The resort’s onsen (hot spring) was undoubtedly a highlight. The atmosphere was serene, and the facilities were spotless. The water park and infinity pools added a fun and exciting element to our stay, especially for families and children. Everything was well-maintained and safe, with helpful staff always nearby.
