We had a great stay here. Room was clean, nice view overlooking the sea. Hotel location was close to every attraction. Wide spread of breakfast buffet and staff was so friendly.

We liked the hotel. Beautiful view was from our room. But it was repairing of the beautiful pool from the photos, main entrance and near our balcony.

Great location, fantastic views, and excellent service. The only downside was the facilities, specifically the elevators. With hundreds of rooms and only four elevators, expect to wait at least 15 minutes every time you need to use one. It's even worse when tour groups are checking in or out; there's no queueing system, so it's a mad dash to get on. I'd suggest the hotel implements a dedicated waiting area for the elevators in the lobby and assigns staff to manage the queues.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were quiet with great soundproofing. Everything was super clean and tidy and the view is great. The location is perfect: only 5 minutes’ walk to the beach, and there’s a 24-hour convenience store right downstairs, which is so convenient. The ocean-view pool has beautiful views and clean water. What made it even better was the lovely surprise: the hotel prepared nice birthday decorations and a delicious cake for my family’s birthday. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and my top choice for staying in Da Nang! I highly recommend it.

The A/C is too hot, i will not come back again in this hotel, where there are a lot of local hotels better than this.

An excellent hotel located right next to the beach. We stayed here for 6 days, and it was the best decision. The hotel is very cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view and a huge variety of dishes for breakfast. The reception staff are friendly and always ready to help. The pool water was a bit on the cold side, which was probably one of the few downsides. Otherwise, everything was wonderful — a comfortable bed, a beautiful bathroom, and a very pleasant atmosphere overall. This was our honeymoon, and the hotel made it extra special by beautifully decorating our room and surprising us with a cake. Thank you very much for that!

Stayed at 1201 and noticed the shower door couldn’t fully close on the first night. After informing the front desk, the staff promised to send technician to fix it. He also compensated us with a foot massage which was great. Next day house keeping came with a fruit platter and confirmed the time when they could come over the fix the issue. However unfortunately nobody came during our four night stay.

The hotel is located near My Khe Beach, slightly to the north, which puts it closer to Son Tra Peninsula. My Khe Beach is just across the road. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the pho is delicious. There aren't many dining options right next to the hotel. You can use Grab to get to the Old Town or the central area of My Khe Beach for meals (it's about a 20-minute walk to the central area). Overall, it's pretty good, but the soundproofing isn't great.
