Great Service, free Airport Shuttle. Great breakfast and very nice Pool. Wish we could have Stares longer

Walking distance to the Helio night market. Hotel staffs are friendly. You can see the dragon bridge from the room. But not close enough to view shows from the room.

The hotel is luxury, nice view, good cleaning. It’s a good location had many restaurants around.

Great Hotel, very good location, very friendly staff, helpful, great swimming pool, roof top. Breakfast is above average, large spacious rooms, and the manager is the best in the business.

Very fascinated by this hotel. Service is excellent. Fash check in and room is clean and spacious. Very good breakfast.

The service was so so. Many staffs were standing yet no one helps to bring our luggage to our room. We were early 1hr since checked in time is 2.00pm so we put our luggage at hotel lobby first. We came back and they put our luggage near entrance without any security which anyone could steal it. The breakfast were 1/10. Tasteless and lack of varieties. Not gonna come here again.

Overall, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was quite varied and satisfying. I was generally happy with my stay. However, I'm curious why housekeeping didn't proactively service the room daily. Is daily cleaning something guests need to specifically request? Thanks!

The hotel is located about a 20-minute walk from the Dragon Bridge, on a large and busy street. The rooms are elegantly furnished and have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is varied, with mostly Asian dishes. There is also a small rooftop pool that offers nice views of the city. For those who enjoy nightlife, there are several nightclubs right in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful I would not recommend this hotel for light sleepers, as the main street outside has traffic almost all night.

Service overall was excellent. The girl who picked me up at the airport was outstanding. Food could be hotter on the buffet . Room was spacious and as advertised .

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days during my recent Da Nang trip Everything is nice, from 1. Reception service and drinks, 2. Room facilities (would be best if it comes with hair dryer) 3. Room service 4. Gym and pool, spa, massage 5. Breakfast The location though is a little bit far from tourist hotspot like beach and han river. Anyhow it only takes a while to travel to con market, han river etc, just that not walking distance.

All the staff was nice, room was clean and quiet location. Breakfast was decent. Nice gym and rooftop swimming pool.

It was a nice friendly place to stay. It’s very clean inside. The workers are great and treated me well.
