Very close to the ancient town, within walking distance. There's a rooftop pool with chairs overlooking the river – it's beautiful! The landlady can help you rent a scooter. It might be a guesthouse, but it's quiet despite being central. Highly recommended! 🥁🏮

Twin room with a small window facing the corridor. The bathroom is small. Breakfast is served on the ground floor in the mornings. The outlets are high up, but an extension cord is provided. I couldn't find any shade by the pool, it was hot. There were lovely people around, thanks for the help.

We stayed at the hotel for three days. Upon arrival, the owners gave us a warm welcome, offered us cold bottled water, and asked us to wait for an hour while our room was being cleaned. We arrived at 11 AM and were prepared to check in at 2 PM as scheduled, but they let us check in two hours earlier! A huge plus for this hotel is the rooftop pool. It was clean and the water was very warm. We were lucky that our family room was right next to the pool, so we could just hop in whenever we wanted, already in our swimsuits. The room had a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying coffee in the evening. There was also a kettle in the room. The room lived up to its description, and the towels were changed regularly. The breakfasts were delicious and felt like a home-cooked meal. We especially loved the pancakes with mango, banana, or pineapple. The omelets were great, and the smoothies were absolutely delicious! I must also mention the hotel's excellent location: it's in a quiet spot yet just a few minutes' walk from all the attractions and the waterfront with its boats. Nearby, literally thirty meters away, there are many affordable cafes serving tasty Vietnamese (and other) food. The hotel has a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The hostess helped us arrange a transfer to Ba Na Hills and a taxi to the airport. We also rented bicycles for a symbolic fee to explore the city in the morning. A big thank you to the lovely family for our wonderful days in unforgettable Hoi An!

The room was great, especially the breakfast, which was really well done. Each person got to choose their own breakfast, which was then freshly prepared, and it came with fruit, coffee, and juice. The egg pancakes were particularly good, and the noodles with cooked toppings were also delicious. As for the room itself, it had a very cozy large balcony where you could chat or hang laundry. The air conditioning also worked very well. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth recommending.

Excellent small hotel, everything is spotless. Nice view of the river. Special thanks to the hostess for helping us with a taxi, she really saved us. Recommended.
