Fantastic experience! The environment was clean and tidy, and the room was spacious enough for two people. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. English communication was no problem at all. They also have a swimming pool, gym, and a buffet breakfast. This is a hotel I'd definitely revisit if I have the chance!

The room was very ordinary and not worth the price. Facilities: Not new, not recently renovated. The view outside the window was decent.

Fantastic hotel! The location is superb, right by the beach with great amenities nearby. Breakfast was excellent, service was attentive, and they even offer airport transfers. It's clean and hygienic. Definitely worth staying again to experience a different kind of joy!

Facilities: Very new, the balcony sea view room is definitely worth choosing. Hygiene: The room was cleaned promptly and thoroughly. Service: Check-in was very fast, and there was Chinese-speaking staff available. The breakfast selection was rich, and the Vietnamese pho was especially delicious.

This is a recently built hotel with rather attractive and modern facilities, which led us to expect an excellent stay. Unfortunately, the service and the quality of the rooms are absolutely not up to the standard of a 5-star establishment. The rooms were dirty: mold on the bathroom shutters, very dirty windows with many marks (especially in the bathroom), unclean toilet bins, and visible dirt in the kitchen. This level of hygiene is unacceptable for this category of hotel. We had to request a room change twice before we could even hope to get a suitable room, which is simply outrageous. Moreover, we had to wait for everything: the service is extremely slow and the staff unfriendly. It’s very disappointing, because the potential is there, but the lack of cleanliness and the quality of the service completely ruin the experience.

You can pre-book the shuttle for airport pickup. The hotel is located right across from a public beach, it's an apart-hotel style accommodation. I booked a sea-view room with a balcony; the balcony wasn't huge but had a great view. The room had excellent soundproofing – it was noisy on the balcony but very quiet inside. The breakfast was plentiful. The pool was quite long and offered sea views.
