Tru by Hilton Da Nang City Centre

I had a really great stay at Tru by Hilton Da Nang City Centre as a solo traveler. Everything honestly exceeded my expectations. The room and overall hotel were super clean, which made me feel comfortable the entire time. The location is also very convenient close to a lot of cafes, restaurants, and key spots around the city, so getting around was easy. What I appreciated the most was the service. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were also well-maintained and had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free stay. Definitely a great choice if you’re traveling solo and want something clean, safe, and convenient. I would honestly stay here again.

The location is convenient..and the hotel itself feels brand new with modern rooms and facilities..everything was clean and comfy. However..the downside is the noise from nearby renovations. Construction starts around 7 AM every day..plus constant street sounds and traffic that never stop. If you’re a heavy sleeper who doesn’t mind noise..this place is fine..otherwise..it might keep you up. Overall..great value except for the noise issue..which was my only deterrent. Would recommend if quiet isn’t a priority!

If you're budget oriented and looking for a standard clean room, this is for you. However if you're looking for a bigger space and better service, there are much more options with only a few extra dollars. The reception staff at night basically lie on the sofa on the back, if you need anything you basically need to walk up to them and wake them up. There is nothing really to expect from this stay. For business travelers, I would not recommend it. Don't be fooled by the name "by Hilton".

It was originally planned as a 16-day trip. Now it has been extended to 21 days. The reason is simple. It’s because of the accommodation. I trusted Hilton(...) when booking, but the reality was completely different.

The place was quite cozy as a solo traveler, and the hotel had all the listed amenities! The laundry room was great, the lobby was spaced well and restrooms were clean throughout the building. Loved the staff they were friendly and inviting!! Housekeeping was also reallt efficient here often working in teams of 3. The gym was just okay. Breakfast was really great and tasty with a decent arrangement of food - fruits and a main course of fried rice or noodles with several appetizers. The location as well was not bad at all, not too far from the beach perhaps a 8 minute drive/ride over a short bridge. 24 hour staff and security cameras all over the building and entrance was pretty neat. The room isnt too big but reallt clean and comfortable - the bed was very comfortable and big windows were very nice to have. Overall a 5/5 stay for me.

Good, helpful and friendly staffs. Room amenities are great, it will be good to provide hand cleanser near the basin instead of inside the shower area.

I stayed at Tru by Hilton for 6 nights and overall had a very positive experience. The room design is modern, compact, and very functional. Even though the room is small, everything is well organized and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the space felt bright and pleasant. I also liked the wide corridors — it makes the hotel feel more spacious. The location is great, close to the river, and the view from my room was beautiful, overlooking the city and nearby hotels. The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke good English, which made communication easy. When I had an issue with my initial room not matching the booked category, they handled it and changed my room the next day, which I really appreciated. Breakfast is simple but good enough, and the laundry — it’s very convenient that you can use it anytime. Overall, this is one of the few hotels I would actually return to. I would definitely stay here again.
