We had a disappointing experience with this hotel. We originally booked an apartment with a balcony, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property and paid a higher price. However, when we arrived, we were given a completely different room without a balcony because the apartment we booked was apparently no longer available.
The room we received was not very clean, and the overall condition did not match the photos or description shown online. The bathroom shower door was damaged, some walls were dirty, and there was also an unpleasant smell coming from the courtyard side. Privacy was another issue, as people passing by could easily see inside certain parts of the apartment.
Communication was also difficult because the front desk staff spoke very limited English, which made resolving the issue more complicated than it should have been. To be fair, the receptionist tried to help and showed us another room, but the main problem seemed to come from poor booking management.
Overall, the hotel has potential and the location is decent, but the management needs to improve room accuracy, cleanliness, maintenance, and communication with guests. We stayed until check-out because changing hotels at the last minute was inconvenient, but the experience was not what we expected from the booking
