An amazing satay. Perfectly located place for travelers who prefers activities and comfort. The view from the 24 lvl where the breakfast are served is spectacular !

Satisfied with the room, the space is big enough, and the room temperature was so nice… Especially after the sunbath in Danang, And I really like the view from the room, recommend you to enjoy sunset there

the bed is super comfy and the scent of the room hits my spot. if I were to go to da nang again, I would book crowne plaza again. if I have to nitpick, i did not get a dragon bridge facing view room which is a shame. housekeeping ought to clean the handheld shower head as there were many dried water stains. also, it will be good if more lights are installed at the place where the luggage is placed near the entrance. it is pretty dim and I had to use the torchlight from my phone to locate items from my suitcase. but all in all, still a good hotel choice. I did not manage to try their breakfast though as I prefer to sleep in! but I would love to if i check in to crowne plaza again.

Facilities: This is a relatively new hotel with complete and well-equipped facilities. Hygiene: Clean and comfortable. Environment: It's very convenient to find places to eat, drink coffee, and get massages within walking distance. Service: Attentive and meticulous. You can't go wrong with a brand hotel; it has everything you need.

Excellent room, fantastic location, and great service. The hotel front desk even arranged airport transfers for us. The breakfast was also very substantial. Definitely worth staying here again in the future.

What truly impressed me was how the hotel staff, from top to bottom, would open doors for you and help with your luggage. For around 500 RMB a night, it's an absolute steal! As for room service, I think the breakfast could be improved a bit – the hash browns and sausages didn't quite live up to the price. Everything else was fantastic, and the coconut coffee was delicious!

The hotel is quite new and centrally located. It's also not far from the airport, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride. The room was nice, with large, floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct river views.

The hotel is with everything you need, all working well. Do leave time for gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. One minor comment is there is some residual sound from rhe plumbing in the toilet for a short time after used. Other than that, all good, clean, comforty bed with nice pillows. The view to the east could see the dragon fire with fire and water show if you happen to be around at 9pm on Friday and weekends.
