GGuest UserOne of the best hotel experience here in Da Nang. This is the first time that our family stays in Da Nang and we chose Monarque randomly. The level of services from the staffs the moment we got out from the taxi was amazing. There were staffs helped carrying our baggage and opened the door. The check in process was smooth and we were served cold towels and drinks while waiting. Once the check in was finished, we were taken to our room by a lovely attendant Sophia and almost 5 mins later after we got our room; the luggage were delivered. The picture was our room’s view. We couldn’t ask for a better location.

伊伊尔姆河畔普法芬霍芬霍根The proprietress was very enthusiastic and helped us book a car to the airport. The car drove very well and steadily, and it was cheaper than grab! Breakfast included, optional, the location is also good, quiet in the noisy, the room is clean and big. Our room has a small balcony, and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night...I am generally satisfied.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mr Huy. He really pays attention to details and arrange for a birthday surprise for my friend without having to ask. MMichael BrightThe signature by M heritage hotel is a hidden gem that we absolutely loved. If could rate it a 10 I would. The staff is the key to the best hotel in Danang. From the moment we checked in we felt comfortable and relaxed. The friendliness and hospitality we received we were exceptional. Nick was very kind and gave us wonderful recommendations for local coffee shops and restaurants. I am sorry  But I lost track of the names of the beautiful young ladies who greeted us every morning with smiles and interesting places to explore. They all made our stay a great experience that I have already shared with numerous people in Danang. The hotel is very clean and our room was serviced daily with fresh sheets and towels and free water. Nick even helped me with a scooter and did everything needed to have it delivered. I actually feel like the team is family. Th room was quiet from other rooms and the street. Several nice sitting areas with WiFi to relax in it on each floor. The free breakfast included in the nightly rate was very good with good service the hotel is in a nice quiet safe neighborhood with good restaurants and coffee shops. MMurray FamilyWe stayed at Mandila Beach Hotel during our visit to Da Nang and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a small convenience store right next to the hotel, which made it very easy to buy snacks and essentials. When we arrived, we received a refreshing welcome drink and the staff kindly helped us with our luggage, which was a nice touch after a long day of travel. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but since we mostly used the hotel just for sleeping after exploring the city, it wasn't a big issue for us. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options to choose from each morning. One thing to note is that although we selected two children when booking, we had to pay an additional fee for one child at check-in. We also lost our room card during our stay and had to pay a fee for a replacement. The hotel also has a restaurant and swimming pool on the 19th floor, which offers a great spot to relax. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location and a good base for exploring Da Nang.

JjeasoncanzThe price was very affordable. It's a bit far from the city center, but taxis are readily available. The immediate surroundings were a bit desolate, but the view was nice. The room size was decent, though the facilities were a little old, and the soundproofing wasn't great. The minibar prices were very reasonable. Breakfast was just okay, but they did have hot noodles, which made it acceptable. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

Our corner room offered fantastic views; the bathroom had a sea view, and the room itself overlooked the city. It was very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent and professional, making for a very comfortable stay. Even though our room was on the 14th floor facing the street, it was surprisingly quiet – so those sensitive to noise can rest assured. There are two pools on the rooftop, perfect for watching both sunrise and sunset, and a game room on the first floor where you can play billiards. 🎱

But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming. Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay. On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard. Verdict: Beautiful view and spacious room cannot make up for the poor service, terrible breakfast, and disappointing amenities. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.

GGuest UserThe reception staff was great, friendly and helpful. We have been communicating in English with some otherwise Google translator was in use 😀 breakfast - buffet, not bad. The location is just a few minutes walk from the nice beach, shops and restaurants on the main street just 2 min away from the hotel. 20 min walk from the Dragon Bridge. The only thing I would point to was the room's cleanliness. Otherwise it was OK.
