My husband & I stayed at Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han 4 nights & 5 days from May 28 to June 1st, 2023. Overall I would give a 3.0 rating for morning buffet. They had the new local specialty dish every morning. Other than that, other dishes are very limited, not too much selection. I would give them a 5+ for their customer service. We were looking for help to install a face shield for our helmet. Ngu-the name of the friendly bell-boy, who finished his shift and was ready to go home with his family. However, he was willing to help us got it done in 1.5 hour. Much appreciated for his assistance! I would give the hotel cleanness, room space & location a 5. I love the location of this hotel. It's a walking distance to amenities such as Han Market, Cho Con Market, the dragon bridge as well as many great local restaurants. The location is in the heart of Da Nang city. I would highly recommend you to stay at this hotel for your trip.

It is clean and standard like normal hotel-chain. Staffs are very polite. Hotel is clean got all you want. Compare other local rates 4-5 starts hotels, hotel chain means quality and you can trust to book. The high- light of this hotel is their breakfast. Been eat pho in Vietnam, real miss normal breakfast ( bread bacon avocado etc..). Hotel has many sections provide western / Asian / local food. Even has kids section with smiley face pancake.. coffee is okay there. It can hosting numbers of guests without very crowded… sitting surrounded with many plants separates each section. We booked a dinner combo, service and food is great.. the hygienic standard you can trust. Portion is big. They should promote dinner with booking deal, because it is cheap with beautiful river view.

The hotel is well run. Rooms are reasonably large and very clean. Many of the rooms offer a wonderful view of the city, including a view of the river. Service is excellent. Rates are great. Breakfast, included in the standard rate, is very good. The breakfast hall attendants are all well trained and they provide an excellent service, from the waiters to the young man behind the bar, who makes various kinds of coffee drinks. The hotel stands out in offering beers and bottled water daily for free. Even snacks are provided free. There is a small plate of fruits in the rooms that is replenished every day. The hotel has a small gym, which appeared reasonably appointed. Saunas are in each shower areas (Ladies and Gentlemen). A steam room is attached to the Ladies sauna. Check in was prompt and well handled. Check out was quick and simple. The hotel manager, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai (Mike) was extremely helpful. My wife and I had trouble with a Vietnam Airlines reservation. He took some time, contacted people in the Airlines office, and was able to rectify the trouble that we had. This non-hotel related service allowed us to cut down somewhat our air travel expenses. The hotel is located in the City Center (not a beach front hotel). Location is convenient. Other hotels in the same area include Hilton, Marriott and Novotel, and charge higher rates. The river bank, with the night activities, is within a short walking distance. The hotel is recommended to travelers. Overall value is fantastic. I enjoyed the facilities and the excellent service of the hotel staff.

Very good hotel for the price. It's kind of trying to be trendy, cosplaying Moxy and the likes. The only problem I encountered was the ventilation: there was a very unpleasant smell in the room. The staff changed the room quickly and were very helpful and apologetic. Staff is definitely fantastic here! Regarding the room, it was small and pretty barebones, but clean and had great panoramic windows. One very important thing missing was the kettle. Fridge, shower and and WiFi worked great.

First day, the hair dryer is not hot and I requested them to send a moveable dryer and they sent someone to repair the hair dryer. By the time the person fix it my hair was dried. Second day, I was so disappointed as after I showered and I wish to use air dryer and the hair dryer totally not working and I need to call them again. They sent someone to change a new one at last!

Good location with beautiful river and dragon bridge view. Unfortunately the balcony in the room was inaccessible due to its size (can’t even step on it) and because it wasn’t clean. The breakfast was ok, with good variety but best to get there early as once something is gone it won’t be replaced. The staff was friendly and efficient, they surprised us with a small cake for our anniversary and allocated a room with a lovely view in a quiet floor as requested.

As it was my 1st time in Danang, Lan and her team were very helpful to my request for directions, was able to provide their personal recommendations of places to eat local food and the recommendations were quite good in fact. Although I booked my own Grab to move within the city, they were proactive to help me ask within their network, to double check for the correct destination. Especially on the last day, they helped me talk to the Grab driver, to ensure that I was driven to correct airport terminal for my flt. Overall, I enjoyed the interaction with the friendly hotel staff, would highly recommend this hotel! Summary Location: Near Han market and lots of popular eateries within a 15mins walk Traveller’s note: On my 1st night, opposite the hotel, there was a local eatery which had a karaoke session which was very noisy. This was the only thing which I found was irritating. Local eateries nearby to consider for meals: 1) Bep Cua Ngoai - Local dishes Add: 136b Yên Bái, Phước Ninh, Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam 2) Bún chả cá Bà Hoa - Bún chả cá Add: 27 Lê Hồng Phong, Phước Ninh, Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam eatery note: Do try the soy milk, it is good! We enjoyed a 4 day stay in GIC hotel and it was one of the best hotels we were! Breakfast was amazing, the staff was super friendly and polite and everyone speaks English! Huuuge thanks to the special attention we received from Chris, front office manager!! I stayed at Fivitel Boutique Da Nang for 4 nights in March 2023 and I was so impressed with all aspects of the stay. I booked a superior double, but was upgraded on arrival to a deluxe, which was great. The reception staff did everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. When I went to my room the door would not lock on exit, so I phoned reception and the problem was sorted within minutes, what a great service. The breakfast was amazing, a wide selection of fruits, breads, juices, meats, rice, egg station, noodles. Food was hot at all times and so delicious. The room had complimentary water as you’d expect. The showers were great with lovely hot water. The rooms also had a safe (which is a must for me). There was also a small pool and bar on the 18th floor, although I didn’t use the pool, I went there for a beer. I was also given a complimentary massage as part of a 1 item spa. Thank you Ivy for emailing me after the stay to ask how my stay was. That was lovely. It’s one of the best stays I’ve ever had in Asia. Highly recommend.

When I checked in, I was informed that the water was free and checked out at midnight, but another employee asked for money It's not free of charge, but 50,000 dong per bottle, so I gave my card and told him to just go. There is a personal difference, but it is a location where you can walk to Myke Beach somehow 😆🎵🎵 there's a small pool on the rooftop. It was comfortable with tavern liquor stores and restaurants from local dining rooms 😆🎵🎵 There are few convenience stores in Da Nang, and most stores close at 12 o'clock at night ⤵️⤵️ The Korean town is special, so it is popular even at night ⤵️⤵️ The hotel was also equipped with shampoo and body soap, and the room also had a safety box and dryer ‼️ This price is not in Asia 😆🎵🎵 The problem was an outlet ⤵️⤵️ There is no converter in the thick round pin, the next 3 pin (many in China) in the middle pin, so when I forced to charge it, the sub mobile phone broke ⤵️⤵️ The hotel is a good hotel, so I recommend it 🙇⤵️
