Holiday Inn Express & Suites HOUSTON NW - HWY 290 CYPRESS by IHG

Hotel had a microwave and fridge which was very useful for a week's stay. Amentities could improve, as, there was no separate disposal bags in the loo for sanitary pads. The coffee makers in the lobby available all day which was helpful as the rooms only had a Keurig.

There was a very bad smell in the room. The shower water was not clean. The beds were too soft.

Great hotel and very clean. Staff was very nice. Only problem is you can't call ahead to request where you would prefer your room to be, especially when I booked more than one room, other than this it was a great stay!!!

I would definitely stay at this location when in Houston.

Beautiful room, clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the very good. Coffee was delicious. Staff was very friendly and professional. I will come and stay here again when I am in the area.

The hotel is very worn out. The breakfast was terrible with rotten food. Doesn’t look like they are interested in maintaining their standard. My room had roaches in washroom and around the desk. It’s disgusting. I just hope it didn’t get into my stuff. The hotel manager was nice enough to get me check out early!

This is a fairly new Holiday Inn Express. The lobby is clean and well kept. The lay out and design is very nice. Staff was very helpful in each communication. The rooms were well kept. Great place and great location. Nice neighborhood across from the hospital.

Loved the cleanliness, great breakfast! Bur this hotel was so noisy.My daughter had to call the front deck about it.
