I have gone through very terrible experiences last night This swing and pillow is so stupid management and making their guest so tough I have paid money for the room and rm 2 for tax .I came early morning 4am after work for more than 24hrs working non stop to just sleep.This stupid management mention my room card will at 2 nd floor,unfortunately there is no card there, the customers service are useless they said they can’t do anything,due to Valentine’s Day all hotel booked I have to near Dengkil and stay ,which cost me money and tiredness,I don’t recommend and swings and pillows hotel,This hotel management is totally ********,!!!

For me overall okay, but when at night have others guest (maybe I dunno) open song very loud and disturb others guests. For cleanliness very okay thats all. Nice place to sleep again.

Waited about 10 minutes at the door upon arrival. Called three times, but no one answered. Had to knock loudly, almost resorting to contacting Trip. A staff member finally showed up, looking very annoyed, saying, 'I was eating.' She was cold the entire time. The toilet was broken; I had to use a kettle to flush it. It was, however, relatively quiet and clean.

Just needed a quick stay for work around this area. The bed was comfortable, but it rained at night and by early morning I woke up to the sound of water dripping from a leaking ceiling. Fortunately, it wasn’t over the bed.

The room are very neat. There are shared iron and Coway outside the room. Location wise, nearby restaurants like Muslim Chinese Food, Mamak. Just in walking distant. Have parking will be charge like RM1-RM5, I cant remember the exact amount. The hotel, you need to park in front of the shop parking lot, and need to walk at the back alley to reach the lift to the room. For me, quite confortable and decent for solo traveler. Price are reasonable as well.

Hotel is disappointing to look at.. But the bed is so comfy and clean, and the air air con is cold. Despite the room is not sound proof at all, I had 3 very good night sleeps. Plus it is within walking distance to a nice shopping mall, food all near and two lakes.
