This has to be the worst stay experience I've ever had. From the moment I checked in, it was one problem after another. My room wasn't cleaned for an entire month, it was filthy and messy, and the hygiene was absolutely unacceptable. What's even more unbearable is how incredibly outdated the facilities are. The bed was broken, and despite repeatedly raising the issue, nothing was done about it, which seriously affected my ability to rest. The absolute worst part was when I tried to check out and couldn't get in touch with anyone in charge. My messages went unanswered, and my calls weren't picked up – the service was practically non-existent. There was no sense of security throughout the entire stay; it was disorganized, lacked service, and the facilities were dilapidated. I strongly advise against staying here! I hope future guests can learn from my experience and avoid this pitfall.

This hotel stay totally exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic – just a few steps from the subway and shopping areas, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. The room was sparkling clean, and the bed was so comfy I slept like a baby until morning. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly warm and helpful, offering to carry my luggage and even giving me a complimentary fruit platter. I'm definitely staying here again next time I'm in the area and have already recommended it to friends visiting too!

Checked in at 1 AM. It wasn't planned, just happened. But before arriving, I had already called. They told me to pick up the key at a specific pickup point. Once I got there, the person in charge of the keys said there was a problem with our unit. They mentioned 'many issues.' We immediately started thinking the worst, wondering what kind of problems. Turns out, it was an issue of guests double-booked for the same date, but from a different app. Luckily, we weren't affected like that. After checking in, we looked around. Hmm, it was quite dirty. Hair on the floor, in the bathroom. Some unknown stains on the sofa and floor. Not sure if the bedsheets were changed or not. Couldn't be bothered to think about it, just wanted to sleep. One thing's for sure: I won't be repeating my stay here again. 🤞🏻

There were some hiccups, but they were resolved in the end, thanks to the official website customer service. The host eventually managed the check-in, even though communication wasn't very smooth.
