The people who work at the hotel are very helpful and willing to help with anything you might need. The location is close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the main square in Cusco.

Hotel facilities are average though. However, the service was attentive and the landlady was extremely patient in arranging a trip to Machu Picchu and a one-day trip to Cusco. Her English communication skills are greatly appreciated. Like!

I can assure you that this is a hotel worth staying at. The owner and his wife are very nice people. When there is a problem to be solved, they will help attentively. We had a problem with our ticket and they spent three hours to help us solve it. This is our personal experience. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍👍

I stayed there for two nights, but no matter how many times I asked, they wouldn't install a curtain in the shower room. Because of that, I slipped and fell, and hit my back and head hard. It's a memory I'll never forget.

It was a cold season, but there was no heating, and the key to my room wouldn't open smoothly, so I had to go downstairs several times to ask, which was inconvenient. There was never anyone at the front desk. I introduced several people to the hotel at the same time, but it seemed some of them didn't even have hot water in the shower, which was unfortunate. The lights at the entrance were not on at night, and on the first day the taxi driver couldn't find the room and dropped me off in the wrong place.

The location is near the Plaza de Armas and is very convenient to go anywhere. The room was very clean. There is also a travel agency on the first floor. I am very grateful to the proprietress for her help. Came here for Machu Picchu and couldn’t buy tickets online. When I arrived at the store at 5:30 in the afternoon, the proprietress helped me book a bus➕train trip that would leave at 3:30 in the morning. She also asked me to run to the Hotwater Town Visitor Center as soon as I got off the train, because most people came to queue for that train. Those who buy tickets will wait for dozens more people every minute they are late. I bought the classic Line 2 at 8 o'clock the next morning as I wished, and later booked two one-day tours at the boss's house, as well as a bus to Puno in the evening.

The hotel is in a good location. There are no toiletries or slippers in the room.

Carmen, her family, and the rest of the staff here were fantastic. We had a group of 15 staying here and they were so helpful and accommodating. They work so hard and they place is so welcoming and inviting because of that. If I’m ever back in Cusco will definitely stay here!!

This hotel was wonderful! The homemade breakfast served to you was never a disappointment! I always came back to clean rooms and a friendly smile at the front desk. The staff were always there to help and I would come back again!!!!

Amazing hospitality and a very lovely stay! The location was great - close to many things! Food was very tasty. The beds were comfortable and the showers were warm. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone in Cusco!

The hospitality is amazing. We we had everything we needed on our stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cusco! We had clean towels and sheets daily. Every meal was served to us hot and ready to eat.
