Honestly, everything else was fine, but there wasn't a single complimentary item in the hotel room, not even bottled water. A bottle cost 12 BRL, which is completely unnecessary. Free drinking water was available at the front desk if you brought your own cup.

I booked NH5 before. This room is not as big as NH5, but overall it is OK. It is a good area. The ceviche downstairs is also OK. I will come again next time.
