It started off bad, but ended even worse. I arrived at the hotel and they gave me the key to a room that already had a guest. I opened the door and the man got scared, obviously. So far, okay, bad, yes, but everyone makes mistakes at some point. On the first day, I went down to the restaurant for lunch. I sat for a long time, no one came to serve me. I gave up and left. When I was leaving, the waitress saw me and said, ”Oh, I didn't even have time to go take your order. I have a lot of things to do today.” (The restaurant only had 3 tables occupied.) Okay, I went to my room and ordered food from there. I went to work and came back at night. I went to the reception, where there was a guy. I asked for directions to a transfer/taxis, which every hotel has, but he didn't know of any. The next morning I asked the girl who was there at the same reception and she told me 5 (women, always much more proactive). On the second night, I went down to get water from the bar, waited 15 minutes for the bar girls to finish serving two gentlemen, asked for water and waited to pay, then they started talking about something else and had some problem with getting the receipt, which was never resolved. I was already standing in front of the bar for 20 minutes, stuck, I gave up on the water, said I would come back later, the employees just apologized and let me go to my room without water. Well, at the VERY LEAST, if I had a problem with the cash register at my hotel, I would give a little bottle of water to take to the room, so they wouldn't have to drink tap water.... But ok, I would overlook all that, but the next morning, the ULTIMATE: I went to have breakfast and there was NO COFFEE, that's right. Now the worst part: it was 8:00 in the morning, a breakfast that starts at 6:30. They hadn't found a solution yet (and they weren't even trying, by the way). When we arrived, ALL the tables were dirty, I had to get a tray from the waiter and clean a table so I could sit down. I went to get the coffee, went back to the table, and when I went to drink it: ICE COLD. I asked the employee and she replied ”there's no coffee, the machine broke and it's not heating up.” In other words, not only did they not have coffee, they didn't even bother to move the machine, they let the guest get the coffee and fill their mouths with a coffee that should have been there cooling since 6:30. In an emergency, seriously, you don't even have a thermos in case the machine stops working??? In other words, you don't have it, don't you? There are several espresso machines and you can't do anything? Not having juice, not having tea, whatever, but not having COFFEE for breakfast??? No way! They don't care. So I left the restaurant, very angry, and went to buy a coffee inside the hotel itself. How absurd. I found it to be the biggest disappointment in the world. Honestly, there's no point in having a beautiful and well-located hotel with terrible staff. It was two and a half really bad days, I don't recommend it.
Very Good
