If you are looking for an amazing and relaxing time this is the place. Great food, thermal pools at a perfect temperature, the Spa gives relaxing massages that will make you feel brand new. The personal is really nice. I loved that this hotel is pet friendly, I will go back for sure , and next time Take my dogs.

The natural beauty, human warmth and authentic and original character of the instalations and gardens made for a superb experience. Add to this the excellent cuisine and heathy thermal springs bathing - a thoroughly satisfying and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent place to have a weekend break. The thermal is a great way to start and finish the days when you are visiting all the town around. Exceptional service and personal is amazing. Great location to access all the touristique places in Boyaca.

The weather was super nice. The accomodations were very good by the mountain. The staff was great. The thermal pools were the best! It was quiet. We went for a walk and there were tons of eucaliptus trees. The smell was awesome.

Everything was great until a neighbor motor chainsaw started the f****** noise since 9am, we left at 11am and it was still there. Seems the staff is used to it and doesn’t do anything about it despite I let them knew. The breakfast (included) and the dinner (not included) was delicious.

We went on February 17, we wanted to stay and it was full. On the 16th so we decided to go to see the place. We arrived at 4 pm and they had service until 6 pm we went in my wife ordered a coffee and it was burnt, we returned it and the girl didn't even say we'd change it, but well we didn't pay attention to it. I ordered a beer and I was at the edge of the pool and I was drinking the drink and a man approached me and told me that Yeni should have it outside. Okay, it hadn't been 40 minutes and we already wanted to leave, the truth is that the place was a bit boring, after 5 minutes a man asked for wine and they told him that he had to drink it outside that it wasn't allowed in the pool, the man showed his I'm angry because I pay to host**** 2 nights and if it seems to me and as an observation is that they allow drinks in the pool, who wants to drink a wine outside the pool when it's cold. It is something ridiculous and although they are their standards, it seems to me that at a national level in customer service they are very badly off. On my part it would be difficult for me to return and I think many people and I say this because I took the trouble to read each of the comments and it has a huge flaw that is customer service, which is the life of a hotel.

Hotel con lindas instalaciones, limpio, desayuno muy completo y variado. Excelente atencion por parte de todo el personal. Las piscinas estan abiertas hasta tarde. Seria bueno que entre el hotel y la alcaldia mejoraran la carretera para el ingreso al hotel ya que esta es destapada y cuando llueve debe ser muy dificil el ingreso.
