I rented by app Trip.com room for two people, when I arrived at the site I was surprised by the information that I had booked a room with a single bed, and on the site (trip.com) I was given the option of two single beds or one couple beds. I obviously chose the second option, so I was forced to arch with a value of R$ 60,00 (real sixty) to make upgrade to the couple bed, up to there OK! The problem was the facilities of my bathroom, a motor noise, a noise interrupted, came and stopped, because of that I couldn't sleep quietly, and wake up all the time the noise appeared.

I ran into a problem while booking, but both the app and the receptionist solved the problem as quickly as possible, it was a comfortable room and a very delicious breakfast,

I made my reservation for Trip and when I arrived there, my reservation was not shown, they gave me a room below that I rented, a younger room appeared, and I stayed in a room with old furniture.

We like the hotel but I was with the private broken and they didn't get rid of it if it wasn't for that problem we would have liked more

O hotel é bem localizado, bom atendimento, mas a acústica é ruim, é possível ouvir a descarga do banheiro do quarto ao lado, quando batem alguma coisa…. As toalhas poderiam ser trocadas com mais frequência e ter melhor qualidade, as toalhas estavam gastas e aparentemente velhas. O café da manhã tem uma boa variedade.
