I was a guest from canada and even though i booked the room for 2 they i sisted to my girlfriend and her family they were not allowed in my room, even to use the washroom while visiting in the common areas.

A lot of traffic noise. The water in the shower wasn't really warm . The beds were not soft at all. The staff was personable. Not much English. The breakfast was great the pool was nice but not deep. The jacuzzi wasn't warm . Overall a good stay

Very good location, steps from the Ventura Plaza shopping center, excellent service from all the staff, very delicious food from the restaurant that is inside the premises, delicious and filling breakfast, very comfortable beds and super comfortable rooms, it surpassed my expectations!

Very bad hotel. Breakfast the same every 4 days. They don't provide hand towels or shampoo, the foot towel looks like kitchen cleaning.
The entrance lock damaged, toilet without water.
The last day I put small towels like hand ones, two days I asked for soap because they only put 2 in the room and there were 3 of us.
