Flexistay Tulsi Aparthotel

I went here for a few nights and I literally had no issues with the hotel, all the workers were really nice, if I needed my room cleaned then it was done so for me, it was a good experience especially compared to some of the higher known hotels round that area. OYO Flexistay Tulsi Aparthotel these guys preformed very well. Helped me with my luggage. Was good stuff. I would highly recommend them.
Premier Inn London Croydon South (A212)

Staff were lovely. The room was very clean. Great that I could get a takeaway from the Beefeater Pub next door. I have stayed in many Premier Inn over the years but feel now the provision and price is not now good value. My friend and I had separate rooms and paid £209.00 each for a room for two nights. The internet connection was very poor, I had to sign in each time. Two teabags and four milk pots per room is plain mean! Yes I can restock from the reception but it is not always convenient. Also 1 medium size bath towel and I hand towel is also mean, again I could get more from the reception but what a faff. My break was wonderful because I shared it with a very special friend but I do feel the price was over the top.
OYO Flexistay Addiscombe Aparthotel

My single room was very clean and single bed comfortable. The sound on the TV was fuzzy and distorted. Did not use laundry as only stayed for 1 night to go to a music concert at Croydon Minster at the bottom of Church Street tram stop. Went to kitchen next morning at 09.30 intending to cook myself an omelette only to find the tray of eggs that had been in the breakfast fridge the night before gone and 4 youngsters with their plates piled high with scrambled eggs I was very rudely told by someone I asked that there were no more available. CHARMING! If I stay here again, I will remove required eggs the night before to avoid being confronted by arrogant, greedy teenagers, all of whom could have done with just fresh air for breakfast judging by their waistlines..... However, many good points: 3 mins walk from Addiscombe tram stop, off road parking (1st come, 1st served), cheap, clean, Ossies Fish Bar just 2 mins walk is a MUST if you enjoy probably the best fish and chips in Croydon.
Westciti Caroco Aparthotel

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this aparthotel. I was very comfortable in the room. This aparthotel is located very close to the east Croydon Station about 10-15 minutes walk maximum. The young man at the from desk was very helpful. I needed to check in before the check in time and they made the allowance for me to do that. Note well: the walls are very thin, thus you can hear everything happening above, below and next to you. I was thoroughly entertained/ with the music, gossip and moans that escaped the other rooms. Although there are rules that governs the stay at the aparthotel, we need to bear in mind that at nights people do what they want and break the rules. If reported the hotel can deal with it. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this aparthotel especially if you are on a budget or like me who wanted to enjoy my vacation without spending all my money in hotels. This is and was a great option. I will most definitely stay here again.

I was a little bit dubious about booking this hotel because it was so cheap (£29 per night) and because of some of the bad reviews I had read. I booked the hotel for one night anyway as I just needed a bed for the night and was prepared to have a less than pleasant stay, however my stay was not bad at all. I was able to park my car a couple of streets away for free from 6pm up until 9am (but always check the road signs or ask a member of staff what the parking times are. On arrival the reception staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that you couldn't use the elevator without your electronic room key as I am not complacent about security. My room was on the 7th floor and being so high up I couldn't hear the traffic but I could hear the tv in the room next door but it wasn't loud enough to prevent me from getting to sleep. Even though the room was smaller than I was used to, I was able to walk around the bed. And that was it... no table or chair but there was a fixing on the wall where you could hang your clothes and bag. The heater was excellent and mine was able to get up to 32°C/89°F as it was a cold night outside around -2°C/28°F but my room was warm in just a few minutes. The room was clean and so was the bed linen and had quite a nice graphic stenciled on the wall of the London skyline. I know I'm probably being fussy here but the tv which was excellent by the way was way too big for the room. I suppose some people would love this but it really did strain my eyes. Turning down the brightness helped a little but I ended up turning it off in the end. The bathroom was small but clean with a large liquid soap dispenser on the sink. I was able to get the temperature I wanted on the shower in about 30 seconds. The shower curtain didn't pull all the way round because it was incorrectly fitted and I just left it as it was. The bed was comfortable and my nights sleep was undisturbed. There was a kettle and microwave oven you could use downstairs so I just heated up a subway sandwich I had left over from the night before. In conclusion: Yes it is very basic but if you just need a bed for a night or two (probably not much longer) then in my experience you can't go far wrong here. I have seen some of the nightmare reviews but that was not my experience.

Where to begin!!! Upon arriving empty car park and rough and neglected external appearance should have set alarm bells ringing. Thought would improve once inside . No Chance.sticky handrails lead us upstairs to our rooms. The bedroom smelt awful even though the window was wide open, combination of cigarette smoke and mould/damp.the carpet was filthy and someone had put a nice pattern of a hot iron on it.there was no usable surface to iron on.a socket was hanging off the wall and the wardrobe was leaning against a desk which had the TV and kettle on it. Bathroom/closet.a towel was on the floor covering cracked tiles and the shower came with its own resident hairs. I didn't sleep in the bed just fully clothed on it.the bed was firm and felt like sleeping on a slab. Breakfast was in a dining room, the tables were filthy and sticky, the chairs covers were threadbare . The cereal box was out of date and coffee served cold in a pot.table mats had yellow stains on each corner and the cutlery looked like it hadn't seen a washing up bowl. In short do not stay at this place it is disgusting.
