The heater cooler unit was temperamental. Hard to control temp without the unit constantly firing off.

Staff were great. Our tv did not work and the person who was sent over could not fix it. Offered a new room but decided since we were unpacked wed stay.

The phone in the room did not work but it was replaced the next day. The vending machines near my room were inoperable. The maid brought me ice from another location in the hotel. I was grateful for the extra effort.
