The whole room was nasty I had to go to the office about my bed sheets being nasty. The phone didn’t work an the toilet seat was broke. The refrigerator was dirty an the room smelled like **** never again. Plus they didn’t have the voucher for the room an they said they don’t do pay pal so it took awhile before I got the room after I had already paid for it.

They don't wash the blanket but change the sheets, which means,We had make a choice, be cold or be basically dirty!!!

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in recent memory. When we arrived at 6:45 pm, the staff were locking up the office for the night. They hurriedly checked us in and couldn’t have been more dismissive. Things got worse when we checked into our room. The floor was sticky and there was dirt on the ground. There was a vile smell to the room. The washroom hadn’t been cleaned prior to our visit. We had requested two queen beds, and these were barely doubles. One of the mattresses was off of its frame. The bed sheets were filthy, thin, threadbare and not suitable for sleeping on. I could go on… but to summarize, avoid.

Nasty Staff with Nastier Work Ethics; NEVER AGAIN! This reservation was made to visit with a friend who was attending the same rabbit show that I was attending. At the last moment, I had a medical emergency that prevented my attendance, but my friend was still going. When she showed up to check in, a black man wearing a mask was very rude to her and wouldn't allow her to check in. No call was made to the number on file. No message was sent to me (since I made the reservation). But my friend was treated so badly that she had to find a room elsewhere. I was embarrassed and angry to learn that she had been treated so poorly. I'm not just angry and embarrassed, but I'm absolutely shocked to have a hotel chain that I frequently use disappoint me so terribly. I was charged for a room that no one even got to utilize. I sincerely hope that charge for one night was worth destroying a customer relationship. I will never darken the doorstep of a Red Roof hotel again. Disgraceful.

We drove only 2 miles to a very busy great Mexican restaurant and other shops.

Great place and location. Great place to stay. Good facilities and large rooms. Friendly staff.

The staff at reception; they couldnt do enough for us. We did have an issue with the cleaner, that did not get resolved, hence the missing star. The room was a standard room, not the ritz, but you get what you pay for. It suited our budget and we would definitely go back...purely because of how friendly the staff and other occupants were. Just be prepared not to expect daily housekeeping...this is supposed to happen once per week. However, we did not receive this despite being on the rota. The person on shift to clean our room did enter our room...but it wasnt cleaning that they did. Moving swiftly on...we had a great time. But for those that drive, I suggest hiring a car, as you cant get anywhere on foot from here. We survived on the use of Lyft...which isnt too expensive but it does add up. We wished we had hired a car for convenience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here. So if you're looking for something on a very tight budget, this would work for you.

No clean room ,trash in the floor,under bed ,no toilet paper ,I can’t look door because the card no working , keep open 2 days!!

Wasnt the best The people were nice, but the room was horrible conditions and smelled so bad. I did not get good sleep at all, did not feel comfortable.
