We love Crown Isle Resort. Always stay there when visiting the Comox Valley. Its central to bothe Courtenay and Comox. The rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. Staff all have been friendly and helpful. Will be back!

We stayed here 22 years ago and it is exactly the same. Nothing has been updated. Felt musty, dated and below expectations. Would not choose to stay her again

The property is lovely. Felt safe and secure. Unfortunately, no room wifi and a bath tub which wouldn’t drain.
However, comfortable beds, nice pillows, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

We had stayed here 12 years ago. This time, we were amazed to find everything still in such great condition. Congrats for doing a spectacular job in upkeeping. Only downfall is no daily housekeeping. But great value for what you get.

Fabulous stay however i noticed that the sheets had stains and so a bit questionable on the rigour around cleanliness.

My only complaints are we weren’t able to check in on time, not until around 4:30 for cleaning, and our suite wasn’t completely clean. There was macaroni noodles on the kitchen counter and footprints all over the comforter on our bed. Housekeeping came right away and fixed it for us. The room was a little dated, but the property is absolutely beautiful and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants! We ate at the on-site restaurant and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. No matter how our stay started, we had a great time.
