Very good The choice of small city hotels is limited, this is the second time I have stayed, it is convenient to travel, there is a river behind, there are cafes, 7/11, very close. The sunrise is beautiful, and breakfast can be selected in advance. The next morning, you can pick it up or bring it to your room. I took the child to choose a room with a jacuzzi, and the kingsize bed is enough for a family of three (the child is 2 years old). It is understandable that there is no cleaning service during the epidemic.

stay was wonderful, however, post booking got notice that the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. As we had children in our party, the pool was a factor in choosing the hotel. It would have been beneficial if, when booking, a flag that the pool as unavailable during our dates.

The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. It was a perfect place to stay for a few nights while snowboarding at Mount Washington. Would definitely stay here again!

A very welcoming staff, clean rooms and halls, a terrific breakfast buffet and good parking. The area has several restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Central location for Courtney, Comox and Cumberland.

Check in, front staff & facilities are absolutely amazing. Even though we did have a pet friendly room and that house keeping did an amazing job, we did see old damage from other pets, and the carpet did have an odor... maybe I shouldn't of stuck my nose to it. I would also recommend that if you are booking with a pet on the ground floor, ask if they have hockey tournaments going on... not all parents have control of their childrenat late hours.
