Good facilities and pool but very very rude and unfit ***ager who ensured you do not get served well but other staffs as well. For a moment you feel as if we are requesting a favour by staying there.. good property WASTED.. BECAUSE OF BAD STAFF...

Hotel and Rooms are very clean and good. We have been visiting this place every season since the time they have started their operations . 5 out 5 for room for cleanliness . No spoons or glass tumblers kept. Bathroom was stinky . Too poor service . We asked for Hand towels on the day of Check-in but it they were delivered only after the 2nd day

Basically clean with plenty of elevators even for a 3 storeyed hotel. We liked it being quiet and clean. We didn't like the terrible internet, the lack of coffee and tea in the rooms and the slow service. The bar was 100 ft away on the same level as our floor with a bunch of youngsters getting sloshed. We asked for some beer delivered to our room. Took 20 minutes and they refused to provide the complimentary chips and nuts as that was only available if we drank in the bar which we didn't feel comfortable doing as a family. We ordered some munchies via room service that came in tiny portions. We asked for ice and got 8 cubes melting in an open bowl. Breakfast was good but started 15 minutes after the 8 am opening time. So this place was basically a no frills bed and nothing else.

Clean. New rooms with good maintenance. But towels provided only after asking. Hot water system is solar and erratic, especially early in the morning. DINING Is very limited. Appears to be severely Understaffed.
Charges are high for such location. But services are not matched. But reception staff is friendly, but helpless to do more.

Very bad maintenance. Bathroom was stinking nastily. Balcony was broken and wasn’t fixed till the end of stay. As soon as we checked in we made service request and nothing was done, we requested to switch us to a different room and they denied saying they were overbooked. We were forced to stay there since it was booked everywhere and they denied refund.
While checkout, they added someone else restaurant bill for Rs.817 to my account and de***ded me to settle. I asked them to provide them any proof of bill or something that it was us who had dinner since we didn’t eat at their restaurant at all. After a long wait they found a bill that had Rs.817 amount with different room no written on the bill.
The entire stay was unpleasant and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
