We had an excellent stay. The apartment was spotless, well appointed, warm and brilliantly located. We were less than a 2 minute walk from the main lifts in 1850. The staff were fantastic and went the extra mile (particularly Cecilia) who stayed later than usual to accommodate our arrival time and helped with our luggage after our check out. It represents great value in an expensive village.

The flat was in a perfect location, close to the shops in the Forum and to the Ski lifts at the Croisette as well as all restaurants and clubs. Lovely balcony, convenient garage and ski room, amazing reception, spacious, well furnished, with 3 bathrooms and cupboards. We will certainly come again. The staff from Barnes, Francesca and Emily, who let us in was responsive and friendly throughout. They helped us whenever we had a question and helped us organise shopping on arrival and booked lunch for us on the slopes, honestly the best time we ever had and we have been going for 20 years. Better than any of the hotels we stayed.

We have not long returned from a week at Les Chaets du Forum at Christmas. We had a standard 7 person apartment for the 5 of us (Husband, myself and our 3 adult children). I was a little nervous of how we would get on with the size as the pictures online don't give much away but it was great. The kitchen is small if you intend to cook each night, but there was a large double room with plenty of storage, a large twin with ample storage. A bathroom with toilet and half bath/shower and a seperate toilet and seperate shower... so no rowing in the mornings! Our son slept on the sofa in the livingroom area but you can close the door so he had privacy. In the hall there is ample space for ski coats, and helmets etc went in the cupboard. All in all perfect for a family size as we are - not sure about 7 adults tbh ... there was a pull out bed under one of the singles in the twin.. not sure how that would work within the room for moving around and the sofa bed in the living room pulled out to a double (not that our son bothered though lol). The only thing I would say for a self catering apartment is the kitchen is not greatly equipped - no cheese grater, no wooden or serving spoons or sharp knives.. so if you intend to cook (I did 3 nights) I would make a bit of room in your luggage for items that might make it a bit easier for you. Other than that, the location is amazing - literally 5 minutes to the sherpa supermarket and 5 minutes to La Croisette. Highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay here time and time again.

I stayed in the Chalets du Forum Apartments in March 2022 and had some reservations based on the mixed reviews I read before the trip but overall was very happy with the accommodation. The location of the apartments is excellent. They are centrally located in Courchevel 1850 and about a 2 minute walk to the main ski lifts. The apartment itself was fairly modern and appeared clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you would need. The included wifi was reliable. The reception staff appeared to be friendly. I had read some reviews about peoples skis being stolen from the locker room. But the locker room appeared very secure - maybe they've changed it. The locker room area is accessed with a code and within the room each apartment has its own fairly large locker that is locked with your apartment key. Some minor complaints I would have: 1. Check in time is after 5pm but check out time is 10am - this just seems unreasonable. 2. Very little sound insulation in these rooms. You can hear everything on the road outside. Its not a very busy road but I was woken frequently by people making noise outside in the middle of the night. 3. At certain times the shower was very hard to use - alternating continuously from very warm to freezing - this appeared to be at times when other apartments may also have been using their showers. Overall though I was very happy with these apartments and I think they represent excellent value for money at this price for this location.

We stayed in Jan - Feb 2022, a group of four from the United Kingdom, and had done much study before choosing this as our ski accommodation. We were aware of the location having stayed over the road in the (now defunct) Dahu for a number of years. Having driven down, and survived the OMG 20 mile traffic queue into Moutiers, we arrived later than planned and hoped for a quick and efficient check-in. This we got, so were soon parking our car in the underground secure facility and using the lift service to get our stuff to our room on the second floor. On walking into our apartment facing the Rue de Plantrey, we were delighted with the apartment, more than big enough for our group of four. Based on two levels, with the living area and kitchen fronting the reception hall, shower room and downstairs loo. Upstairs, three more bedrooms, and a separate WC and a bathroom. Lots of storage space throughout (with an allocated and lockable ski-locker on the ground floor). OK, a bit more detail. Comfortable living area with balcony. Comfy sofa and seating, large dining table, easily will sit 10. Huge television - we didn't turn it on! The kitchen. Could be a bit better, OK, you get what's required so that helps. The cooker is electric, we hate using electric rings, but that's just because we're used to gas. But the design....it's narrow between the area with sink, dishwasher, fridge and cooker and the food preparation area. Only really space for one person at a time, no passing space for two people to be in the kitchen. Luckily, we're all pretty slim else we may still be wedged there! Take a potato peeler, theirs is rubbish! So three bedrooms upstairs: one double; one twin and a single. Now the single doesn't have a door. Seems a bit weird. But warm, comfy and quiet (OK, the bars were all closed, so there was little hooting and roaring in the evenings). We all slept well. But it could be that bit better, and done really simply. The downstairs shower didn't drain. So Sarah cleared the drain, removed enough hair to keep a woolly mammoth warm, and problem fixed. My wife's bedside light didn't work; I rotated the mounting and the bulb fell out. So come on staff, imagine you are the guests that are driving 1000 miles to stay in your place. Check it out as if you are going to be those guests! Check everything! But what is most excellent is location. Especially if you are here to ski. La Croisette is about a 90 second walk. (It's not ski out / in as it's on a road and you'll trash your skis, but such a short walk in Courchevel is rare). Three minutes to the ski-set we used. And built on top of the Forum, with its supermarket, Boulangerie, etc. The location is really hard to beat. But one thing you won't get is a mountain view, we faced the hotels over the road, and by looking above, could just about glean an idea of the current weather conditions. Would we stay here again. Yes. But staff, please just pretend you are the guests

Chalets du forum offers excellent value; combining an ideal location with spacious and well maintained rooms. We really enjoyed our visit and would certainly return - in particular, being right next to La croisette was a huge positive. We also found the staff to be friendly and helpful. At the price point of this hotel, it is hard to imagine a better value option in Courchevel 1850.
