The location is good and near to the metro station. The room is very basic and it does not have refrigerator.

The experience was very bad. No bar fridge and small coffee machine and worst not even a bottle of water in the room. I have travel in different countries and for the first time I have choose Novotel and I am very disappointed. I will never choose this hotel again. My family and mainly my kids are very annoyed.
The person working in the counter need training on welcoming and show empathy where needed. But some of the staffs are there just for a salary.
Sorry for this review but I hope it will wake up call.

Great location, great wifi. Beds are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Rooms could use a small fridge.

The room is clean and tidy, the location is good, and the traffic is convenient. You can watch the sunrise over the Seine in the morning. The breakfast is nutritious. Convenient for travel. Uber can be picked up

The hotel is in a very good location, close to La Defense metro station, and very convenient to get in and out by public transportation.
It is close to the Seine River, suitable for those who want to run along the river.

The stay was good.
What I didn't like was that they didn't warn me about the scammers posing as guides at the subway entrance next to the hotel.
Those who are out and about should be wary of scammers. Ignore anyone and just buy tickets from the ticket machine.
