Best Serviced Apartments in Courbevoie

I’ve recently stayed at the property for 4 nights and checked out on 27 May. Front desk staff were friendly. The room is spacious. It is also less than 1 hr travelling distance to major shopping streets like champs élysées and major places of interest . This property is well equipped with a kitchenette whereby you can prepare your own meals . It has a laundry room for you to do your own laundry. Initially, I was unsure on how to operate and differentiate the washer and dryer as I m Asian and not used to European washing machine / dryer. Very much appreciated that the General manager of the property pasted labels to help guests differentiate between washer and dryer. As compared to previous Citadines property I’ve stayed with, fraser suites la Défense is definitely well worth the $$ spent. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends in Singapore. Best place to stay in Paris! First of all, the hotel staff was always, 24h/7days a week nice and kind. We felt that we’ll always get any help and all answers. Secondly, the room was very, extremely clean. The room has everything you need, including kitchen, dishwashing machine, microwave, oven, fridge, and so on. Also, all the kitchen utensils was new or almost new, it’s equipped with 3 pots different sizes, really good (with new coating) pan good size, and so on. Thirdly, the location is really good - you are near grocery stores, bakeries, subway station. We needed to get via taxi from the hotel through all Paris to get to the train, and we never saw traffic jam at 7:00-7:30, which we were afraid of. And I’d like to keep your attention that on reception the hotel has a cafe, where you can order pizza or pasta or coffee at low price (in Paris’ cafes it cost 2x then in hotel) and cafe is open 24/7. Our accommodation was really awesome, we definitely will stay there every time we’ll be in Paris.

1) We had trouble with our flight into Paris and were at serious risk of losing an entire day. We had paid in full several months in advance, yet when we sent the hotel a message informing them of our difficulties and anticipated late arrival their response was if we failed to checkin by noon the next day we would lose the reservation. This in spite of completely paying in advance for a week's stay and completing online checkin. What's the purpose of advanced checkin and paying in advance? 2) The hot water failed for a day. Hotels should have onsite engineering or have on contract engineering staff for repairs. 3) The rooms are not cleaned by housekeeping. Now I can understand certain health precautions limiting the cleaning, perhaps every second day. But this isn't the case, the hotel will arrange housekeeping, for an 18 euro fee per cleaning. However, the room does come with a vaccum cleaner and fresh towels are available upon request at the front desk. 4) The rooms are clean, but the hallway rugs are filthy. Otherwise, the establishment is a convenient 15 minute walk to La Defense Esplanade Metro (slightly less convent to La Defense RER). For shopping here is a Intermarche literally next door. It is in a quiet location.

Overall feeling that the facility is sorry for the star. There is a balcony, but the rooms vary in size. There are induction cookers and pots and pans, which are convenient for cooking. No way, the hotel is too expensive to eat, breakfast is almost 100 dollars.

Check out the luggage in the morning and come back in the afternoon. Trip.com APP is very convenient and the customer service is very warm.

The facilities are complete, cooking by yourself is fine, and it is relatively quiet. It takes about 8 minutes to walk from the subway station, which is relatively convenient. There are supermarkets and Christmas markets near the subway station, so you can visit them.

Having stayed at this property the previous month, we were looking forward to our return. We had requested a room at the rear of the property for this visit which was duly allocated. Unfortunately there was no kettle which was rectified within the day, additionally the toilet also sprung a leak. Again this issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The patio of the apartment was unfortunately very untidy. Although we encountered a few problems, we had an enjoyable stay and cannot sing the praises of the staff - Friendly, helpful and very apologetic for our problems. Additionally, we emailed to raise awareness of the problems mentioned, within days we had a call from the manager who was sympathetic, apologetic and understanding. We would highly recommend this property, we will return Many thanks.

The hotel was perfect. Very quiet and in a quiet and safe place. The location was perfect, just 4 min to the train station by walk. The room was very clean and the staff are very friendly. I can recommend the hotel 100% and will come back again hopefully :) Thank you so much, regards :)
