The Ibis budget is not worth a First Class. We paid a room for 4, of which 2 children,and the 3rd bed wasn't made at our arrival(when they were warned,which is even more unpleasant) Persona à l'accueil(contrariamente a else Ibis budget open 24/24) No telephone or telephone to reach the reception. Even as our children were still sleeping, they didn't want to hear anything. So, paid breakfast without enjoying it. No hair dryer in the rooms,it was necessary to make the request,with closed reception,impossible to have to dry the hair of our children before sleeping. Room on the 4th floor with lift in pantograph,with just the beds,and a small office,no floor to put it would be just a bag. Finally, looking for breakfast hours, we learned that it was mentioned ”free for children under 12 years”,outside we paid €20 more on the room as we mentioned children. A slight impression of being well armed! And in a premium,no word at our departure,not even a goodbye! Fuck!
