"The location is fairly convenient, though there's a short walk along a rough road in front, and it might be worse on rainy days. The hotel itself is quite nice, with a small parking lot in front and security guards at night. The courtyard is clean and tidy, and the rooms are acceptable. Our room had limited water pressure from the shower, and the air conditioner was a bit noisy (these are relative to domestic standards). Overall, it's good value for money."

"First, the room is more like 8m² (10m² if you count the shower/toilet), not 15m² as advertised. Then, add an air-conditioning thatt refused to work during the night (no remote/control provided too): broken/disconnected waterheater, toilet seat cover missing... My worst stay in any hotel room in sone years. I chose this hotel because of the location, and location was good. Other than that, the standard double room is a no no."

"Very good stay. Good welcome from the hotel throughout the stay. Clean room with comfortable bed, desk, shower that works well. Good Indian restaurant on the top floor with large terrace. Varied and plentiful breakfast. Taxis wait outside the hotel and can take you anywhere. Distances are very long in Cotonou. I was able to easily organize outings to Ganvié and Ouidah. A large beach is located in front of the hotel. It is quite busy at the weekend at the end of the day. A few minutes by car there are good restaurants. The hotel is 5 minutes by car from the airport. The live hedge (restaurant/shop district) is 10-15 minutes by car. Overall, good value for money."
