Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote - All Inclusive - Adults Only

From the moment we arrived and had our super welcome package as Circle by Melia members we have been thoroughly spoilt. We’ve used Melia hotels over many years and now in our second year of Circle membership are more than happy with the service we receive. This time around, we didn’t opt for Reserve yet still found every single member of staff helpful and polite. Our Circle rep, Georgia was so welcoming, she booked all of our restaurant reservations for the week, at the times we asked, with no problem. Lunch in La Graciosa was a delight, with chance to try lots of seafoods, loved the crispy eel and the fish was beautiful. My husband isn’t a fish fan but enjoyed the chicken and pork options. Staff advised on wine choices and local restaurants too! No booking needed for lunch so make the most of a casual walk in! We had a candlelit dinner outside the Samira restaurant, overlooking the bay and so peaceful, again staff were faultless… we felt so special! Highly recommend the Italian restaurant, Capella, with mussels and sea bream that just melts your mouth! All in all an amazingly restful week where we really feel part of the family. We’re making the most of our Circle membership and benefitting from cheaper holidays with top class service, Salinas we’ll be back next year!

A fantastic hotel. Everything was wonderful, beautiful room, staff that could not do enough for you and great food and hospitality. This is up there with some of the best 5 star hotels we have stayed in. The ponds built into the middle of the hotel and the salt water pool are lovely and I was obsessed with the turtle that lives in the pond. Great for wellbeing facilities and private use of the spa. We had a lovely time and may well return.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, always so willing to help and with a smile on their face so welcoming. The hotel was beautifuly decorated, with amazing greenery in the lower floor with areas telling you about the history of the hotel. Food and drink were plentiful. Pool was outstanding with water pilates everyday. Good evening entertainment, fantastic singer accompanied by the grand piano. An amazing week, wishing we were still there now.

A truly relaxing and high-quality stay. The hotel has a calm, stylish vibe, outstanding food, and staff who go above and beyond, it’s one of those places where you feel looked after from the moment you arrive. The food and drinks were a highlight. The buffet was always fresh and varied, with plenty of choice so it never felt repetitive. The à la carte restaurants were equally impressive, the Italian was excellent, and La Graciosa had a beautiful setting with a lovely, authentic atmosphere. Bars were wonderful, from the pool bar to the 24 hour Ginger bar. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The minibar was restocked daily with drinks and snacks. Cleanliness was faultless. Maintenance and pool teams worked quietly in the background, keeping everything immaculate without ever being intrusive. What really stood out though was the staff. From housekeeping to the bars and restaurants, everyone was friendly, respectful and genuinely helpful. A special mention to Carols and the entertainment team, who struck the perfect balance, welcoming and engaging without pressure to join in. There was always someone available if you needed anything, even a 3am club sandwich! The evening entertainment wasn’t quite our style, but there were plenty of guests who clearly enjoyed it. Plenty of space around the pool and outdoor areas added to the relaxed atmosphere, and it never felt overcrowded. Overall, this is a hotel that gets the balance exactly right: luxury, warmth and relaxation in one. Highly recommended.

After spending the last three summers at the Melia Cala Galdana, we were looking for a different destination, and with Melia Paradisus Lanzarote, we certainly found it. For our 10-night stay, it was difficult to find anything to criticise. From the moment we arrived to our departure, we were looked after and wanted for nothing. We decided to go with the 'reserve' option and whilst there seem to be some 'arguments' for and against the cost/benefit we felt in our personal experience of the 'reserve' that it was well worth the cost, from the initial guided tour of the hotel and facitilties on arrival, to the reserve pool and reserve pool bar with the staff jonotan, Nuemi, Hamzi and Delgardo. A special mention for our Destination Concierge Lucia who was so helpful throughout our stay and also Marcos who looked after us in the Ginger Bar of an evening so well The food at the Malva main resturaunt was exceptional, the choice and quality was superb for either breakfast or evening meal, we visited all three of the additional restaurants, Samira, La Graciosa and the Capella, all were top class, with excellent service by the staff. In summary our experience was incredible and we are certainly looking to book for next year, having stayed in Melia hotels since 2021 we found the Meila Paradisus Lanzarote the 'next level' in holiday hotels.

Exceptional Hotel with wonderful staff. Because the hotel recently reopened after a flood (not due to any fault on the hotel, it was a natural disaster) we were offered a great deal on the penthouse…wow. That room was spectacular. Very spacious, and the balcony had panoramic views of the ocean and the hills. It was well worth it. Last year we stayed in the reserve ocean front twin room, which was also a very nice room with a wonderful view. All of the staff were attentive, very professional and they made us feel special. Elias did our check in and check out and he was such a nice guy. He checked on us during our stay to check we were happy with everything. We will be back next year, alas probably not in the penthouse unless we can find a special offer!
