The rooms are very spacious but the beds are a bit to hard could do with upgrading. We had a wonderful relaxing stay the staff are really friendly and welcoming. Thank you

Very helpful and friendly staff on arrival, and throughout our entire stay. No complaints about staff at all. We stayed in room A 101, real shame as we overlooked the bins and a bamboo fence. The room was very clean, but it also looks very out dated. In need of modernisation. Wouldn’t recommend coming self catering, as our room only had the one pan (we were all inclusive) all towels were clean and same with the bedding. Are room was cleaned x3 times in our stay, and we were also asked if we wanted it cleaning the day before we left. The pool area, can’t complain. Would benefit from new sun beds, as a lot are broken. The time of our stay there was never no queueing for sun beds, always room and enough beds. Breakfast was your typical all inclusive breakfast, no complaints. Lunch, minimum choice (only had lunch once) Tea however; oh dear!! All hot option were cold, minimum cold food options. The desert selection was also limited. We also, only ate in once on an evening. This however, would not stop us from returning as we eat out on evenings on our holidays. Overall, not bad value for what you pay for for a budget holiday. Would stay here again :)

Well what can I say this place needs some work rooms ok but needs better attention paint all over curtains ,doors don't shut a207 room number and if you go summer no air con fan in bedroom waste of time so be prepared pool area quite nice but could do with some new sunbeds. caters alot for the Spanish!!! Now down to restaurant food is shocking Been to other Bluebay hotels food was great , breakfast ok lunch time salad but with no meats or cheeses .cold chips pasta tomato sauce went once in 4 days didn't even bother night time .we loved reception staff really nice and helpful come on pull your fingers out and make it better such a shame

The food was pretty bad I lived off salad and bread rolls, the room was ok but the light socket was hanging off the wall, the table sealant was detached from the wall and the fan above the bed when spinning was shaking side to side , we darent put it on in fear of getting chopped up in our sleep, it was also missing the light bulb which our friends had in theirs. The bar staff were very friendly t and its a nice quiet resort. The pool is protected from the wind. The rooms had a lovely views and the gardens were nice , hotel looked lovely from the outside and the area has a lovely beach and lots of shops. I would go again but not for more than 5 days. I would recommend for a cheap friends holiday and families with young children 👍🏻

Last minute booking for a much needed break. If you book all inclusive, you may want to think again. At best the food was luke warm, no hot plates, so food cold before you got to the table. One very small microwave that had to be used to warm the plate then again to get the food to an acceptable temperature The hot water dispenser for the tea, was not boiled, so not an enjoyable cuppa. Poor choice unless you like cool chips with everything. The facilities were poor, run down and not very welcoming with little or no comfort, although impeccably clean. The jewel in this crown were the staff, they tried really hard to make our stay welcoming. Certainly would not return. Cant imagine how they would cope when at the height of the seas

Arrived at 21.45 and receptionist said we couldn’t get food or snacks in hotel . Went out and bought snacks only to discover a snack machine the following day . So wasn’t the best start to our stay. Reception staff weren’t very helpful, could have given more info on arrival eg, safe, snack info, how to use WiFi (which didn’t work in my bedroom) , when to book excursions at hotel (we had to walk into town to book in the end as no one knew when we could book at hotel ) . Room was ok, very dated , shower mouldy but rest of room not too bad . Lack of plug sockets in bedroom was also an issue for charging phones etc as no sockets by bed. Lots of sun beds available (pool and is beds open at 10am) Hotel gym was closed which was disappointing. Food was a real let down , breakfast was ok but a couple of nights had to go out for dinner as nothing to our taste (and we are not fussy eaters ) snack selection was disappointing, often no sandwiches left. The bar staff (especially Jorge) and the waiting staff were fantastic as was Sam who worked so hard to entertain the guests In my opinion our break was very overpriced (although it was Easter) for what we received , it’s not a hotel that I would choose to return to

Arrived after 21:45, just missed dinner but receptionist was very pleasant, helpful and full of smiles. Got the room I requested and it was beautiful the next day. Real sun trap. Great start. Got our cups for the v cold beer. Nice idea as I found the beer getting warm as I was finishing it, so up for a refill. Cup washed or you can request new one. Never seen an all Inc with no queue at the bar! Wonderful. Staff efficient at bar and you can get coke, coffee etc. We asked for a bread roll, salad or ham and cheese. Happy enough. Went for breakfast. Lots of choice. Wife loved the boiled eggs. Lunch and dinner we always found something. No complaints. Staff very hard working, they never stop. The lady with the hair bow that served in main bar always smiling. Cleaners everywhere during the day. Not one cockroach seen. Not far from the square. Taxis v cheap. Lots of bars and restaurants near by. The three of us enjoyed our stay. Make the best of it. We certainly did. For the low price we paid we couldn't complain. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel

Had a nice few days holiday, the food wasn't great but I never went hungry. Staff were friendly&helpful the only thing that let it down was the entertainment, there's 1 lady&when she was off there was a drag queen who kept us waiting for half an hour&he really wasn't worth the wait&there was 1 pool table that was out of order.

Well ….. greeted with very miserable receptionist who was very keen to express that 3 o’clock check in is policy . ( hello would of been nice ) but after allowing us to keep our suitcases safe we then proceeded to the pool area … WOW some anti-bac and cloth wouldn’t of gone a miss the tables were filthy. We also received another keen it’s €1 for a bitten plastic cup .. we gave it 10mins and got a cab into town .. 3 o’clock we was allowed entry to our room 🤦🏻‍♂️ filthy toilet, horrible bed the floor was more pleasant to sleep on and a fan that made so much noise it was unbearable to sleep with on. The microwave and fridge .. oh maybe it was white at one point ( didn’t open either just in case something jumped out ) further towards lunch the food was terrible , cold , limited choice and took us 10minutes to find a clean plate , the kitchen staff were rude and just pointed at various locations to which no plates were there. ( breads lovely btw ) gave it a while then back into town we go … poor entertainment to which the second night a drag act received huge praise from his/her bunch of friends who arrived not from the hotel , pushing in at the bar shouting screaming it was a terrible experience. The pool is filthy rubbish floating , freezing cold 🥶 , toilets at the pool filthy toilet paper everywhere .. the whole place just doesn’t get cleaned .. our last day the water went of mid shower .. tried ringing reception just kept getting out on hold .. ended up going down there to be told works being done 🤦🏻‍♂️ no warning … it was a terrible experience will Not be back unless they spend money on a complete renovation
