Everything about our stay was thoughtfully planned and executed to perfection. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our experience even more special. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and the complimentary bottle of Prosecco waiting for us was such a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise. It truly made us feel valued and welcomed. Our 6-year-old son loved every moment of the holiday so much that he genuinely didn’t want to return to London! That alone says everything about how wonderful our stay was. Thank you for creating such beautiful memories for our family, we will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the coast. The location is perfect, with a marina, top-notch restaurants, and the city center all nearby. The service was exceptional, and the hotel restaurant served delicious meals. It was incredibly quiet, clean, and peaceful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful grounds , stunning views and a great selection at breakfast. Also, all of the staff that I came across were very welcoming and friendly. However, I’m not sure if I would stay here again based on the room that we were given. It was extremely dark and dingy with a fully enclosed walled ‘balcony’, with no view. I couldn’t wait to get out of the room everyday!! Also, our room was booked for 2 Adults and 1 child, and there was just a double bed. An extra bed was delivered upon request and squeezed in, leaving very little room to move. I’m sure that there are some stunning rooms within this lovely hotel, ours just wasn’t one of them!’

The setting is so beautiful for a vacation. Convenient to attractions. Hotel facilities are good.

I have come away from this break with mixed thoughts. There are many positives but also many areas of improvement needed. Booked a preferred club junior suite and had to be moved three times because the air con wasn’t working in the rooms. They didn’t feel special, they were nice rooms, but by no means did I feel I was in a suite. Small Balcony overlooking the car park and just a standard nice room. Lovely big comfortable bed with great bedding. Wasn’t overly clean, hairs in the bath, used slippers in the wardrobe, stained mugs in the room and stains on the bedside cabinet. Food was awful except for breakfast; tough meats, undercooked meats and the snacks in the preferred club were pitiful with no explanation as to what any of it was. When one snack was black pudding on toast you kind of want the heads up! It was all nice enough but wouldn’t stay here again.

Second visit. There are ants on the quilt. The room is old. The facilities are good.

The environment is very good. The downside is that there are too many people during the holiday peak. The garden is full of people lying on the lounge chairs too densely.

The location of the hotel and the view are good But the biggest problem, the room was terrible There was a musty smell every day, and the old sheets looked like they had been used for a long time, and they had not been replaced with new ones for four days. I don’t really want to recommend everyone to stay there. Consider a new five-star hotel. The hotel breakfast is the same every day...

I encountered some problems when I checked in, but Ctrip solved them. Overall, I feel good. The swimming pool is warm.
