The location is close to the beach and the rooms were clean. Very basic, but okay. Good shower, decent beds and enough space. However, even when you are staying for 8 days they never show up to clean the room (even though the decription on booking mentioned they would do that 3 times a week). We had to ask for toilet paper and after a few days it didn't feel sanitary. There is also no air conditioning.

Where to start. Ok it was as clean as possible and great location and nice ocean view. Apartment is verybad. Bed is terrible, the springs are in your back all night and only one small pillow in each bed. . The kitchen outdated and utensils missing, wi wi doesnot really work. The bslcony has cheap old plastic table and chairs. The tiles on the floor are loose and you can feel them move when you step on the floor. Very noisy. You can hear next apartment couch and talk and the tv. Limited towels. No soap in bathroom. No microwave, no washing machine even though photos show both. No pool bar.

Stayed here for new year… lovely apartment, fantastic location, close to beach & main bus depo. Apartment well equipped & apartment maintained, lovely sea view, apartment had everything required, cooking facilities which we didn’t used, kettle washing TV comfort bed. Pool area, very well maintained, pool area & pool cleaned everyday, Would definitely recommend and already booked for next year.

We had a pleasant 9 nights stay here, apartment looks newly refurbished and is completely equipped with everything one can need during holidays. Nice view from the terrace onto the inner court and see and the pool which we also liked. Beach and all kinds of the usual restaurants and bars in the area just a short walk away, main bus station right behind. The nearby bus station is also a plus, but if you are sensible to morning traffic noises be prepared to notice this when the day starts.

Our experience was ok! The room we were given was super basic, but was very clean and we were happy. We overlooked the pool/garden area, and caught the sunset perfectly every evening. Our stay was in October, and it was very hot in the rooms with no Aircon (or even a fan!). I dread to think what it'd be like at the peak of summer. Also my bed was so squeeky, I only had to move an inch and it made so much noise that it kept us awake every night. We would have told the hotel, but the reception desk is only open for a few hours in the morning. It made it hard to get any info, or talk to anyone about any issues etc. There was a security guard on site at all times. They didn't speak English (although I guess that is our fault really! we are in a Spanish speaking country yet we expect everyone else to speak English!) So we couldn't communicate, even when we were asking for Taxi information. But having them on site made everything seem safe and secure. I wouldn't particularly choose to stay here again, but if for example I was offered a place on holiday with some family or friends and they were already booked in here, I would have no problem staying. here.

The apartment was very clean and we felt safe as they had security on the door. It’s in a great location and our balcony was facing towards the sea so we got a nice view of the sunset every night. Overall it was a good stay, just some minor complaints - there is no air con or fan in the room so it was extremely hot. We came in October, so I dread to think how hot it gets in the height of summer. There is no wifi in the rooms only in the pool or garden areas, water in the shower didn’t stay hot longer than 5 minutes, and the bed was extremely squeaky to the point it was waking us up in the night because every time you moved just a little bit it would be a really loud squeak, so we were both waking up every hour throughout every night we were there. I’m sure they would have done something about this if we had told them there was an issue though, but since there’s no 24 hour reception we just didn’t bother as we’re not morning people.

4 of us visited at the end of June for a stag do, the location is ideal, just a short walk to the front and all the shops and bars. The room, reception and pool areas were very clean. No having to put a towel out by the pool in the morning, plenty of empty sun beds. The only downside is that there is no air-con in the rooms, not even a fan, I ended up putting my mattress out on the balcony to get some air and sleep. I would also recommend taking some ear plugs, it can get very noisy in the night until 3am, Saturday even longer! Overall, nice place, but next time I will seek an apartment with air-con.

My wife and I stayed at these apartments for a week in Jan. It was our first visit to Tenerife. The apartment is in an ideal location. Our apartment number 406 was spotless. It was ideal for our requirements and the sunset views from the balcony were spectacular. Security was spot on. Only downside was the pool didn't open until 10-00 am so for an early morning swimmer like myself it meant getting a few ticking offs lol. We will definitely be coming back to this apartment.
