Very cute,very clean &comfortable close to a lot of shopping & resteraunts within walking distance. Did run out water after one shower

Awesome location! We really enjoyed our time in Cosenza and Brutia Mom & Son was perfectly located close to shops, dining, and sightseeing. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Nice newly refurbished apartment just around the corner from the main pedestrian area with shops and restaurants. OK breakfast and accomodating hosts.
The only problem was the parking outside on the street as the local teenagers kept sitting on the hood of the car and the next morning when were supposed to leave we were parked in.

Indiscutibile punto di forza del b&b è la posizione in quanto si trova in pieno centro, a due passi dalla zona più gradevole del corso principale della città. Difficilissimo purtroppo trovare un parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze, solo parcheggi a pagamento e strisce blu (abbiamo infatti beccato una multa). Ci è stato riservato un grazioso bilocale, in un palazzo molto datato, dotato di tutti i confort. Minifrigo molto rumoroso (lo abbiamo dovuto spegnere di notte) così come lo scaldabagno (ma è sufficiente chiudere la porta del bagno per non sentirlo). Colazione compresa costituita da snack e bevande confezionate. Host ospitali e gentili. Letto matrimoniale piuttosto comodo.

Bellisimo lugar,valoro muchísimo la limpieza y los detalles,realmente muy confortable,tranquilo,cerca del centro,me sentí como en mi casa, esta buenísimo poder independiz**** de los horarios y reglas que impone un hotel,y todo eso lo ofrece el Brutia.
