We arrived at night just passing through, and the staff was helpful and quiere courteous. The hotel has a pharmacy and supermarket next door. Nicer restaurants were 25 mins walking distance. The room and facilities were a bit rid down, but met basic needs.

There are not many choices in the area. The room was basic and as expected. The service was not great. The front desk was not helpful at all and rude at times.

We stayed whilst visiting family. Any request we had was immediately adressed and resolved. The rooms were clean and kept in good condition. Breakfast was replenished and held the usual breakfast items.

Parking was convenient. No issues with hotel or the area. The hotel was great no issues with the staff at all. Very helpful. Would defiantly stay again. The rooms were clean and easy to get to places.

The location area is not the best! Dirty Streets. The general hotel condition not good. Breakfast very good. One of the reception employees is horrible, I suggest to the manager check the hotel reception camera on Wednesday 13, 2023, 7:30 pm to understand what I’m talking about! This man was very rude. He treated me as a pos after I was waiting 8’ to make a short question! Unbelievable ! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL! Also the parking is not connected to the hotel building! Walked 300 ft every time, was a very good exercise.

Our stay at this hotel was very good, the room was clean and plenty of space, hotel is on a good location, within walking distance to the center of cosenza . Breakfast was always fresh and everything you possible could need to eat for an Italian breakfast. I took one star off only because the bed was not comfortable at all very hard, pillows were stiff. The actual hotel was kept clean.

sunday stay... quite empty but attentive staff all the way. Only thing is that we would have lied to stay and take the evning meal in the hotel but closed. Needed a mobile connector and helped me. Needed to know places and helped as well. Good breakfast with a wide choice. Quite a safe spot. Also guarded parking where you can go and sleep without any anxiety

A disappointing 4 Star Hotel Travelled with family and friends for 3 nights over New Year. Booked this hotel as looked very modern, clean and looked worth the money to spend. Upon arrival the lobby looked decent and welcoming until we got to our family bedroom which looked smaller than the pictures on the site, old gloomy room, stained carpets,bad odours, lamps falling apart and lights not working, bathroom grimmy, old. The hotel over looks a dump area of a shopping mall (yes beyond one's control- but it's there). We were upset but decided to address the odours, stains and unkemptness to reception whereby we got a reply that they will spray tomorrow (basically nothing). We just let it all go to enjoy our stay despite the circumstances. The following morning, bfast requested for table of 7 to be combined together. I got a sharp no from waitress, scrambled eggs were cold and rubbery,addressed this to waitress who just starred and did not address the matter nor apologised or fixed the situation for the following guests. Basically did not find all this worth the money spent and can't say it's 4 star service as I've travelled to Italian territory and see the difference.

Cosenza was our second stop on our southern tour of Italy. Italiana Hotel was in a great location. Parking was easily accessible on the street at no cost. The hotel was a very short drive to the city centre as well as the historical centre. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was a grocery store and laundry mat within 50 metres of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing!! We would definitely stay there again. Patrick and Kim Canadian Travellers
