Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in Civico 27 in September 2022. We booked the 3 rooms on the top floor and were able to enjoy the spectacular views from two balconies. The space was clean, comfortable and well-designed. We really appreciated the air conditioning on those hot days. Antonio was a warm and responsive host, answering all our questions and providing excellent local recommendations. We would heartily recommend it for anyone visiting Cosenza!

Piacevolissimo soggiorno. Camera pulitissima ed area comune molto grande ed accogliente. Il valore aggiunto è il proprietario che si è reso disponibile e cortese. Stanza e bagno ampi e di design di recente costruzione. Consigliato per ogni occasione.

Molto carino , stanza accogliente ma colazione inesistente! C’era la macchinetta per caffè e tostapane ma non esistevano nè le cialde nè il pancarrè!!! solo due tipi di biscotti, niente fette biscottate, la marmellata non era in porzioni monouso ma in barattolo usata da tutti, non c’era alternativa alla marmellata , niente yogurt . Ho deciso di fare moka ma ho dovuto attendere per riscaldare il latte perché il piano cottura aveva solo un fornello ! Peccato , non credo ci tornerò

Pernottato nella notte 6/7 dicembre 2022. Il titolare, sig. Antonio, è gentilissimo e prodigo di suggerimenti. L'ambiente in comune e la camera sono moderni ed eleganti ad un tempo. Nulla da eccepire sulla pulizia. Nell'insieme è stata una scelta azzeccata e che rifaremo ad anno nuovo. Da consigliare sicuramente.
