Hotel Miramonti Corvara

The hotel looks awful inside. What old junk. The breakfast is very simple. The place to have breakfast is horrible. You want to get out of there as soon as possible. Somewhere inside the hotel, no window to the outside. The hotel is also used more like an apartment I think. You hardly see anyone in the common areas. You're not there for fun either. Only the seats already !!!!!! The 3rd bed in the room is suitable for a child under 12 years old, but not for an adult. Didn't put a nice duvet on it either, but a sheet with a bedspread. Not hygienic. Room also very small. Clean in itself. Parking lot too small. If there is no space, you are obliged to park in the parking lot with a barrier in front. 15 euros per day, or else in the parking garage for 30 euros per day. The location of the hotel is fine. Ski bus in front of the door. Never again in this run down hotel. You also want a little fun. And the hotel was not cheap either, so we should have expected a bit more.

I start with the positive things: - cleanliness - excellent dinners for the first 5 days, then, in my opinion the chef (very good) was replaced because the menu had changed a lot and not in a positive way. The hotel is old, many rooms are in timeshare, with special treatment dedicated to the latter (reserved parking, discounts on drinks). Returning to the rooms, dated and ruined wooden furniture, rooms with kitchenette and worn sofa beds, very small bathrooms and in some cases without windows. The interior-facing rooms offer a bleak view of a terrace with broken tiles and a pile of old plastic beds to be thrown away. Staff certainly kind but, except for the managers, totally insecure. Discreet breakfast, great flaw is the very slow service, despite the presence of a few people to serve, coffee and cappuccinos arrived 15 minutes after ordering. The cost of the hotel parking is scandalous: 16 euros a day to leave it on the outside square. The prices of the wines are crazy, nothing under 45 euros. To be a true 4-star ... there is so much to do ... when compared to the other hotels in Corvara.

I would recommend this hotel for the excellent service provided by its staff. This is really 4 star standard. Everything is immaculately maintained and clean. The reception staff are competent and helpful. The bartender a pro. We didn't use the restaurant, it was too expensive for us. The ski bus stop is in front of the house. The ride to the Boe Bahn takes just over 5 minutes. However, the apartments do not have a 4-star standard. They urgently need a thorough renovation. Everything is old and worn. However, the daily cleaning service ensures that everything is perfectly clean, but the apartment still felt a bit shabby to us. In my opinion, a new ski room with the possibility to warm the ski boots is absolutely necessary. The ski room is really a horror. The sauna is just as old as the rooms and should also urgently be renovated.

Amazing holiday. Very good chef and the whole brigade of the perfect dining room. We stayed during the week of New Year's Eve dinner on 12/31/2021 and 'it was excellent with appetizers of oysters, prawns and various crudite', not to mention the whole dinner, each dish better than the previous one. Special thanks to the chef who satisfied all our requests by making us eat gluten-free dumplings and gluten-free strudel, he cooked any dish we asked for celiacs at every dinner we felt truly pampered. Quality attention and well cooked food made us the perfect holiday. Finding typical gluten-free dishes in Corvara is really a rarity, thank you!
