Habitación doble “semiadaptada” para ♿️, si bien me avisaron e informaron correctamente a la hora de realizar la reserva. Buena ubicación, moderno, limpio y con un restaurante en los bajos muy interesante. Por ponerle una pega, el desayuno bastante justo.

On day 1 we asked for the room to be cleaned whilst we were out exploring the area. When leaving our room, our suitcases were left open on the floor with valuable possessions left on the side including perfume, woke laptop/phone jewellery as we expected these items to be safe within our locked room. Upon our return we found our possessions had been rummaged through with our suitcases being emptied and couldn’t locate a perfume bottle (£150 value). The next day we spent the day searching for the missing item which was not located. To our knowledge this is the only item that was taken but have yet to fully go through our suitcases which were tampered with. We reported the item missing to reception after we throughly checked our room to which we were told the staff were aware of the perfume ‘incident’. When questioned they said upon arrival to the room the perfume was already smashed. This was inaccurate as the item was not left on a smashable surface and we would not have reported the item missing had we broken it ourselves. The staff failed to apologise or inform us of the incident, and when questioned all staff were knowledgeable about the ‘incident’. After trying to resolve the situation, they then accused us of having smashed the bottle ourselves instead of offering to rectify the situation or offering a solution. The item was obviously stolen as we didn’t smash it and, had they accidentally smashed the perfume whilst cleaning, the room would have smelled potent given it was a brand new, full bottle of perfume. We asked to speak to the manager who was rude, changed her story multiple times after consulting with back of house, laughed at us and said she couldn’t understand us despite speaking perfect English. We were also told to “f*ck off” and to contact the police if we wanted anything done about the situation. Would not recommend staying here.

I stayed in this hotel only for one night during a business trip. It’s located nearby the airport in a rather dull location. Check-in and check-out processes were very efficient. The breakfast was satisfactory. The room was spacious yet bathtub was very slippery and thus quite dangerous in that respect. The room service (and other similar services to the room) are managed via a QR code system which is quite user friendly. Yet the room service quality in terms of food and display was awful. Nevertheless I can still recommend this hotel for a short stay of one night in case you need to be nearby the airport

Being a full-time traveler who has visited more than 200 countries and territories over the last 14 years I have stayed in countless hotels around the world. Occasionally, my brother, who has epilepsy, joins me when there’s no one else to look after him. During these trips, there have been challenging moments when he had seizures. Typically, hotel staff assist by calling paramedics, but the staff at Hotel Chamartin the One have been exceptional. Special mention to receptionist Lara and her manager Oscar who personally checked on us in our room, brought us water, and even provided medicine for the wound my brother sustained from a fall during a seizure. Both of them were simply amazing. THANK once again Lara and Oscar. This hotel will undoubtedly be my first choice if visit Madrid again

The location is relatively close to las Rozas village, next to the gas station, you can get there directly when you get off the highway, there is free parking, the room is larger and more comfortable, there is also an elevator, there is a breakfast buffet the next day, and the front desk is also fluent in English , Very good communication. This one is another one we ordered on Ctrip. I found out that someone said I didn’t make a reservation, so I exchanged it with the customer service temporarily, and the customer service made up the price difference, which is very good~

This hotel is close to Madrid airport, and is well located in a quiet area with parking available and even some shade. A hotel with all the essentials and quality to rest before a trip. It doesn't have a pool, but it does have a nice breakfast and brunch area. The rooms are nice and clean, with comfortable mattresses, and they provide water. I recommend it 🥰

Very nice hotel, with many free parking on the street. The rooms are very clean and modern, HDMI on the TV is useful. Breakfast is OK for the price ( pancakes, various bread, S*****en, cheese, Spanish omlet, good coffee machine.) The grids before the windows you need to like. It all seems dark. For us it was perfectly okay. Fitness room with very new devices.

Booked this hotel with a private bathroom?when I checked in I am in a basement room with no window, just this little opening near the ceiling. Also sharing the bathroom etc with everyone else on that floor. There was no help at reception to any questions. The only positive of thus 'hotel' is the location. Would not recommend staying here

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, very comfortable and comfortable. It was the second time that we stayed in this establishment, the first in January 2022, the same circumstances as in this last one, three adults with a pet, a 3kg dog on the first occasion and on this one we added a 1 and a half kg puppy, We make the reservation through booking, upon arrival the person at reception tells us that pets are not allowed, we tell him that we believe we have carried out the search with the pet admission filter, he asks if we can spend the night or we have to leave and They tell us that this time it's okay, we spend the night, and the surprise comes in the morning, the person at the reception has already changed, a guy who in a very bad way, let's say it just so, calls us scoundrels for bringing the dogs into the room. hidden, dear gentleman, luckily for us, what is left over are establishments where dogs are welcome and, above all, where there are no bitter people working. On the other hand, I do not recommend the hotel at all, the bad beds are not the next best thing, the pillows are as if you were wearing a jacket, very bad, in short a place to not return to.
