The service is average. The location of the hotel is very good. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and the moonrise in the evening. The scenery is very beautiful. There are restaurants and shops in the surrounding area, and you can walk to several small island-style parks on the seaside, as well as museums and art galleries. The coastal promenade is also very beautiful, with popular science installations that travel through the solar system, and other art installations. Convenient to the Lexington Aircraft Carrier Museum and Aquarium/Animal Conservation Center across the river. In short, if you are not asking for a sexual vacation, staying here is a good value for money.

The toilet and shower were not clean at all. Had to clean then myself. The shower had no water pressure. They charge you for parking per day but our access card did not work the entire weekend. We had to press the service button to be let every time and we got stuck out there one time when no one was at the front desk. When we let the front desk know, she did not help fix the problem she just said get a ticket and the gate will open, but that did not help we we needed to exit.

Everything was good except the AC unit was very loud and it takes about 20 wait for the eggs to be ready in the morning.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was top-notch, from the friendly staff to the comfortable rooms. Highly recommended!

when we arrived we turned on the air it was not working, the toilet was broken i almost fell sitting on it the toilet was leaking from the bottom, the remote was missing the back cover we couldnt watch tv, the shower was slippery and it seemed like the floor to the shower was going to cave in, my daughter fell in the shower, the water felt slimy as well. i did notify the gentlemen at the desk he was very nice he offered me another room but it was smoking he allowed me to go into the room to see if it was ok to stay in however i refused because it smelled strong like cigarettes. he did find me another room later that night but we decided not to move because the air started working, it was late we had a long drive and we were too tired to move our stuff.
