Infraestrutura dos quartos poderia melhorar. Sistemas de ar-condicionado antigos, sem manutenção e em um dos quartos demorava muito a refrescar, onde inclusive tivemos que deixar o chaveiro no quarto com temperatura no mínimo para que o ar-condicionado não desligasse e tivesse a minima condição de temperatura quando voltasse para o quarto durante café da manhã e passeios.

A estadia foi boa, limpeza ok e atendimento muito bom. Porém, o acesso a internet nos quartos não foi possível o que prejudica muito quem está no hotel a trabalho. Sugiro melhorias neste aspecto.

banheiro :chuveiro sem pressão, pouca água, janelas sujas, chão encardido, sanitário bem antigo desconfortável. ar condicionado antigo, muito barulhento. O hotel tem potencial para ser o melhor da região, porém não tem investimento a anos, os quartos estão precisando de uma reforma urgente. infelizmente a cidade não tem outro hotel para concorrer. Só pensões …. o café é bonzinho, porém começa 6h45 termina pontualmente 9h30.

Hotel próximo ao centro. Atendimento muito bom. Delicioso café da manhã. Quarto limpo. Só não dei 5 estrelas, devido à ducha ter pressão fraca. De resto, tudo de bom. Vale a pena devido o preço ser excelente.

O quarto VIP com vista para o lago é um bom espaço com mesa de trabalho grande. Possui blackout no quarto e o chuveiro é bom. Alguns itens de manutenção exigem atenção, como aperto de parafusos, maçanetas, registros e outros. A equipe é bem atenciosa e muito solícita. Hotel bem localizado.

Os atendentes eram bons e gentis, pessoas ótimas. Café da manhã bom. A limpeza ruim, vidros imundos, principalmente no banheiro. Vazamento na torneira da pia do banheiro. Cama ruim.
