I stayed there for 2 days, for a funeral. When I checked out, I was in a hurry to get things together and leave to get back home. When I arrived home, I realized I left my Apple iWatch in the room. I called once, advised why I was calling. Was put on hold for 12 minutes. Hung up, called back. Someone answered and said "please hold".... was on hold another 10 minutes (they had no idea who I was or what I needed). Hung up. Called back and the phone rang so long it went straight to a disconnect. The 4th time I called, someone answered and I said "I'm trying to find out about my Apple watch that I left in my room and my "find my" on my phone says it is still in that hotel"...the lady says "Ma'am I just started working at 3 and I've been off for 2 days, we've looked and can't find your watch. You do what you need to do"...said that a few times and hung up on me.
What kind of service is that when I have something telling me my watch is STILL THERE?????
Do not hang up on your paying customers that can write reviews on your service. She just signed in at 3 PM on 12/28/2023. Not a customer service trained person working in a customer service environment at all...go somewhere else....
