I checked in with Kellene Walker at the front desk who was willing to help me in any way she could. She went above and beyond to accommodate us with getting us the right room as requested. I have stayed here many times. The rooms are remodeled and very nice. I always come back and stay here when I visit my Mother nearby. Kellene was also found helping in the Bistro in the morning when it got crowded. She seemed to really watch over the hotel in every which way to make sure my stay as well as others, was as good as it could be.

The TV took forever to change channels and half the time did not have a picture but sound only. There is an option for Netflix but it never loads. When you check in I gave them a credit card for a $75 dollar hold, but instead they charged my card $75 and have not issued a refund. This place is definitely not worthy of even three stars. More like a two star and the rooms are more like $70 rooms than the $130 they charge. Definitely do not recommend staying here..

The TV took forever to change channels and half the time did not have a picture but sound only. There is an option for Netflix but it never loads. When you check in I gave them a credit card for a $75 dollar hold, but instead they charged my card $75 and have not issued a refund. This place is definitely not worthy of even three stars. More like a two star and the rooms are more like $70 rooms than the $130 they charge. Definitely do not recommend staying here..
