Hotel in fantastic location, so convenient for sightseeing and a short trip and close to metro. Airport is 25 mins away via public transport . Stayed 2 nights and room was perfect and very comfortable bed. Cleanliness was good except a few stains and things stuck to the headboard. The products in the room felt a little low quality especially the hand and body cream. There was no USB charging in the room. Service generally very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there were issues both at check in and check out where team members needed to check things on my prepaid reservation and asked me to pay again. Eventually it was sorted but required extra waiting around and confusion. I would have felt bad if this experience would have happened to a less frequent traveller or someone who spoke less English as I was able to navigate the issue. Some more internal training perhaps required for Trip reservations. Overall would stay here again for the location and room but if another close by 4* hotel was at the same price, I’d likely go there instead.

Easy check in. Close to the main station & tivoli gardens. Lovely staff. Over all a decent place to stay.

Modern design because everything can be controlled by iPad. Comfortable stay. I would recommend to those who travels to Copenhagen.

Cool deco, superb location just outside of M3 metro. Walking distance to everywhere. Highly recommend for solo travelled.

Seamless self check in. Room is abit smaller than usual but ok for the price considering it being so center in the city. Smart controls for lights curtains and TV using iPad. Very cool

Great location and friendly staff with funky deco. Felt like a Mcdonald's style hotel chain. Tiny room and stuffy.  We both had headache the next morning.  Over rated for 4 star.
