在村子裏，靠近馬路邊，四周有幾家農家飯館，吃飯倒是方便。離碧水灣温泉度假村很近，交通還算便捷。但這個不是別墅，就是一農村自建房，很一般的那種自建房，外表看甚至有點簡陋。房子裏沒廚房，廚房是在院子裏的不綉鋼灶台，洗菜盆什麼的都是不銹鋼，很簡陋。房子內部跟圖片不一樣，但還算乾淨。樓下兩個雙床房，其中一間房間裏有麻將桌，有陽台，但煙味特別重，而且陽台沒封閉，矮矮的牆出去就是馬路了，可以直接翻過去隔壁門口。樓上四間房，其中兩間完全曬不到太陽，很陰暗。最後不得不説的是，打掃衞生的大叔態度超級惡劣。因為前一天我們到達的時間比較晚了，所以燒烤隨便烤了點，剩了很多食材，想着第二天中午烤了吃掉再走，不要浪費。事先跟商家也溝通過，允許我們先把行李拿出來外面，給他們打掃衞生，我們在外面院子裏烤，可以遲一點點走。但是時間還沒到，保潔大叔就來了，黑着臉趕我們退房，態度很差。別的不想説，就沖這態度，我不打一星已經對商家很友好仁慈了。
